Odborná pripravenosť a kariérne vzdelávanie dôstojníkov Ozbrojených síl Slovenskej republiky

The article points out the importance of increasing the professional readiness of officers of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic, which is no less important than career education carried out, as a rule, by the Centre of Education. It summarizes the current requirements for military rank, for the level of knowledge of a foreign language and, last but not least, the requirements for the position. Individual requirements are met by professional soldiers by completing professional courses at home and abroad. Equivalent courses abroad are more expensive, but to a large extent more professional and beneficial for individual professional soldiers.
