Abstract

A critical combat element of any armed force is well-trained personnel. Intensive, realistic, cooperative and multinational training focused on the fulfillment of set missions is the basis of the development of professional soldiers. Each soldier must be well-traind not only in basic combat skills, but in his specific branch as well. This article deals with the analysis of professional training of members of the PsyOps centre in the field of psychological operations. The paper presents a general basic definition of psychological operations, the structure and main required competencies of the PsyOps centre, and the training itself at the national and international level.
