However, students are seldom engaged in peer assessment tasks and the scores they get from peer assessment differ from those given by the teachers. An automatic ranking method for English essays based on the user preference matrix and the stochastic gradient descent method was proposed in this study. Experiments showed that this new method could improve the performance of the stochastic gradient descent method when the credibility of the student’s evaluation was considered. In the research, 310 preschool teachers in Chongqing are deemed as the research objects, and the Questionnaire for Occupational Stress of Preschool Teachers is taken as the research tool. The result indicates that the overall occupational stress of current preschool teacher group was relatively large; and the occupational stress of new preschool teachers was higher than that of experienced preschool teachers from two sub-dimensions, namely the social status and support and the personal development prospect. Compared with static images, human behavior recognition is based on video analysis. The video contains two parts of information in the spatial and temporal domains. The spatiotemporal two-stream convolutional neural network model gives the same weight to different spatial and temporal cues in the parameter training stage, which seriously affects the distinction of features. In response to this shortcoming, this paper proposes to introduce attention mechanism in the spatiotemporal dual-flow network model. This method can effectively add a weight to the static image features and the dense optical flow features between frames, pay attention to the beneficial regions in the feature information and then distinguish the feature information, so as to achieve more accurate behavior recognition. The research questions entail: 1) How to mix contents of golden class BERW; 2) How to evaluate students performance of golden class BERW; 3) How to make BERW a golden class. The research findings include: To well mix the contents of BERW, teachers are supposed to allocate the teaching contents rationally in terms of before, during and after class. Evaluation matters much in this teaching practice, on the one hand, teachers need to balance the ratio among such components as MOOC marks, SPOC marks, class participation, and final exam; on the other hand, the present study proposed a “IPP” evaluation model to effectively assess students performance in terms of input, process and product.
