Investigation and Analysis on the Training Methods of International Skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

Under the background of the national “the Belt and Road Initiative” strategy, China’s economic globalization has developed in depth, international cooperation has been increasingly strengthened, and the demand for internationalized skilled talents has become stronger. In order to better understand the status of China’s international skills training, this article surveys the cooperative training of higher vocational colleges and foreign universities, cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises, as well as “domestic education + international vocational certificate” and running overseas branches, etc., analyzes the problems in the selection of cooperation majors, the entry point of school-enterprise cooperation, the acquisition of internationally-used vocational skill certificates, the establishment of overseas branches in the training of internationalized talents, and put forward specific solutions for future development.
