The Construction of the training Mechanism of Marathon Social instructors led by physical Education majors in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The imbalance between the development of amateur marathons and the shortage of marathon social instructors have formed the potential issues in contemporary China. By taking advantage of professional instructors from local universities, establishing a training mechanism led by professional running instructors, the potential issues could be alleviated. It provided methodological guidance for ‘healthy China’ at the same time.
