Selecting 101,305 (46,048 copies in 2011 and 55,257 copies in 2012) medical records copied one year before and after the implementation of the medical record copy flow reforger, comparing and analyzing the statistical data of waiting time of applicants, satisfaction of applicants, rate of awareness of copy knowledge in applicants, time spent by staff in searching for and copying medical records, and copying workload before and after the implementation of the medical record copy flow reforger, by using SPSS17.0 software. Results. To analyze the changes and trends in the incidence rate of hospital infection and the coincidence rate of diagnoses on admission and discharge by quality control charts, and to discuss the applicability of quality control charts in hospital management. Method. According to the types of data, the indexes are typed in and analyzed by the SPSS13.0, and the quality control charts are drawn using P charts. Results. The incidence rates of hospital infection are unstable in the past 10 years and beyond the statistical control (upper limit and lower limit of control: 0.0282–0.0318); but the coincidence rates of diagnoses on admission and discharge are stable and within the control range (upper limit and lower limit of control: 0.0057–0.0092). Conclusion. To compare the differences between the clinical pathway mode and the traditional mode implemented in the treatment of ureteral calculus by referring to different parameters, and to analyze the reasons. Method. A total of 164 cases of ureteral calculus fall into four groups: group A: treating only the calculus with clinical pathway; group B: treating the calculus and other diseases with clinical pathway; group C; treating only the calculus with the traditional mode; group D: treating the calculus and other diseases with the traditional mode. All patients were treated with ureteroscopic ballistic lithotripsy under various types of anesthesia. Analyzing the requirements of data reporting for the medical record home page, setting a data rules validation engine and developing a docking program for the data reporting of the medical record home page. Result. Owing to the adoption of the data docking program developed based on a hospital data platform, the automatic and accurate reporting of the medical record home page information is realized, the automatic analysis and collection of 84 indexes corresponding to the reported data, the rules engine validation and the display of extracted data are also realized. Conclusion. This article refers to the password service concept in service industries, and by applying the password services, the patients can set up service passwords for the medical records through the short message service (SMS) platform, so that in the ordinary application check, if the agents do not carry the valid identity documents of patients, the workers in the medical record room can prompt the agents to enter the known service passwords into the medical record management system, and the workers check the passwords with the service passwords pre-stored in the server of the hospital. To study the application and effect of the plan-do-check-action (PDCA) cycle method in implementing the medical record quality management of running medical records at the orthopedics department. Method. Checking and analyzing the problems in the running medical records regularly, then introducing the PDCA cycle method as an intervention for the problematic running medical records, and observing the effects. Result. After the application of the PDCA cycle for 3 months, the quality of the running medical records in the department has shown continuous improvement and the expected effect has been achieved, the percentage of high-quality running medical records reaching about 80% in each check. Conclusion.
