摘要
AbstractObjective。研究病案复制流程重组器在病案管理中的应用效果。方法。选取实施病案复制流程重伪造前后1年的101305份(2011年46048份，2012年55257份)病历，对比分析实施病案复制流程重伪造前后申请人等待时间、申请人满意度、申请人拷贝知识知知率、工作人员查找和复制病历所用时间、拷贝工作量等统计数据。使用SPSS17.0软件。结果。实施病案复制流程重组器后，病案复制申请人的满意度较实施前显著提高(X2 = 10.47, P < 0.01)，病案复制知识知晓率较实施前显著提高(X2 = 23.2, P < 0.01)。
