Influence of Medical Record Quality Control on Terminal Medical Record Quality of the Nephrology Department

AbstractObjective. To study the influence of strengthening the all-round quality control of the department on the quality of terminal medical records of the nephrology department of our hospital. Methods. A total of 2,547 terminal medical records of 2013, from the nephrology department of our hospital, are chosen as an experimental group, and a total of 2,373 terminal medical records of 2012 are used as a control group. The experimental group strengthens the quality control of the departments in an all-round manner. The control group performs the routine quality control. The defect numbers of medical records, the average admission medical record scores and the A-level medical record rates of the two groups are compared. Results.
