Pengukuran kinerja perusahaan menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan akuntansi (ROA) dan pendekatan pasar (Market to Book Value/MTB). Dengan mengaplikasikan regresi data panel dapat diketahui bahwa ukuran dewan berpengaruh terhadap ROA, independensi dewan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap MTB. In the modeling, several macroeconomic variables are used against the rupiah exchange rate against the United States dollar, namely export, import, money supply, and inflation. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that in the long and short term, the export variable has a significant negative effect on the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar. In the long and short term, the import variable has a significant positive effect on the rupiah exchange rate against the United States dollar. With the aim of knowing and describing how the influence of Islamic branding in product marketing to Muslim consumers. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptivemethode with a literature study approach with the main data source coming from journals, with the point of view of the Quran, hadith and other related scientific works. This study shows the concept of Islamic branding in accordance with sharia law, which in marketing strategies can have an effect on building Muslim consumer trust. With the halal label from the MUI, consumers will not worry about consuming a product with an Islamic brand because the halalness of the product has been confirmed. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. The population of this research is the food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. The samples used in this study were 11 companies. The results of this study indicate that the DAR (Debt to Asset) variable, DER (Debt to Equity), ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share) have a significant effect on PBV (Price Book Value). digunakan pada peneliti ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin merangkum kepuasan pelanggan saat menggunakan marketplace shopee, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh PT. J&T Express Indonesia berlokasi di cabang koja Jakarta Utara. Peneliti menggunakan data mentah dari kuesioner 100 responden dan menggunakan metode IPA dan CSI sebagai alat ukur analitis untuk memahami kepuasan pelanggan. Dari hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode IPA, terdapat beberapa indikator kepuasan pelanggan yang perlu ditingkatkan baik yang berada di kuadran I, II, III dan IV. Dari keempat kuadran tersebut, kuadran IV perlu untuk di tingkatkan kinerja dari perusahaan J&T Express walaupun pelanggan puas tapi pelanggan juga tidak terlalu berharap banyak kepada perusahaan J&T Express.
