Kontribusi Struktur Modal Dan Kinerja Keuangan Pada Nilai Perusahaan Food And Beverages BEI 2011-2017

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of DAR (Debt to Asset) variables, DER (Debt to Equity), ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share) on PBV (Price Book Value) of the company the Food and Beverages sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. The population of this research is the food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. The samples used in this study were 11 companies. The results of this study indicate that the DAR (Debt to Asset) variable, DER (Debt to Equity), ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share) have a significant effect on PBV (Price Book Value). digunakan pada peneliti ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel DAR ( Debt to Asset ) , DER ( Debt to Equity ) , ROA( Return On Assets), ROE ( Return Equity ) , EPS ( Earning Per Share ) memiliki signikan terhadap PBV ( Price Book Value ).
