The location of this research is in the Aceh Province BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office. The population and sample in this study were all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in Aceh Province, totaling 117 people. Data analysis using SEM AMOS program. The results showed that compensation had an effect on job satisfaction and employee performance of the Aceh Province Employment BPJS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif, terhadap 122 guru, dengan teknik pengumpulan dengan menggunakan instrument angket tertutup. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif faktor Iklim sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD, SMP dan SMA se-Kecamatan Plimbang di Kabupaten Bireuen, yakni sebesar 11,07%. Juga hasil uji Hipotesis membuktikan terdapat pengaruh negatif aspek konflik yang ada sesama guru, terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, dengan besar pengaruhnya 28,37%. Serta hasil uji Hipotesis lainnya membuktikan terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja guru, yang dihitung dari penelitian ini cukup signifinasi yakni 27,61%. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Iklim sekolah, Konflik dan Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikans terhadap Kepuasan kerja Guru. The influence of work motivation factors on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Peusangan, Bireuen Regency is 19.74%, and school climate factors are very influential on teacher performance, which is 29.30%. There is an effect of work motivation on employee performance at KIP in Bireuen and Lhokseumawe Regencies, which is 15.89%. b. There is an influence of communication factors that are woven between employees and superiors in the office, on employee performance, which is calculated from this study which is quite significant, namely 24.32%. c. there is an effect of compensation given and felt by employees in the office, on employee performance, which is calculated from this study which is quite significant, namely 29.01%. And D. Simultaneously revealed that the variables of work motivation, communication and compensation proved to have an effect on employee performance. This is also supported by the correlation coefficient value of 0.831. This means that the relationship between these variables is quite close. The work experience factor of employees at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports of Bireuen Regency has only reached 70.04%, not maximal. It is considered that the experience of employees has not fully supported the performance of employees. The results of statistical tests indicate that the work experience variable has an effect on the performance of the Office of Education, Youth and Sports employees - Bireuen Regency, which is 13.93%. The research was conducted by means of a survey through a questionnaire in data collection, and the method of analysis used a structural model of path analysis. The results obtained that 1). There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher certification factor on the performance of elementary school teachers in the UPT Department of Education, Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency, which is 13.90%. 2). The results of parametric statistical tests through the path model prove that there is a significant influence of work motivation factors on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly by 20.95%. 3). The study was conducted on 50 teachers of Madrasah Ibtidayah Gugus Jeunieb with quantitative associative methods and analytical methods using path analysis. The results of the study found 1). there is a positive influence of the performance allowance factor on the performance of MI Gugus Jeunieb teachers, Bireuen Regency, which is 39.32%, 2). The results of statistical tests prove that the effect of certification factors on performance is significant, either directly or indirectly, amounting to 20.91%. 3). There is a significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance which is calculated from this study which is quite significant, namely 13.19%.
