The purpose of this study was to analyze a) the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance, b) the effect of communication created in schools on teacher performance, c) the effect of teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance and d) the simultaneous influence of the principal's leadership style, communication and job satisfaction on teacher performance. The analytical method used is through statistical analysis and path models, because there is a causal relationship between the independent variables. The results of the study found that. 1) there is a positive influence of the principal's leadership style factor on teacher performance by 23.88%, 2) there is a significant influence of communication factors on teacher performance by 16.76%, 3) teacher job satisfaction affects teacher performance 10.30%, and 4) Simultaneously prove that the principal's leadership style, communication and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teacher performance, with the contribution of these three factors amounting to 53.5%. While the rest due to the role of variables that are not examined by 49.1%. 摘要
本研究以Bireuen Regency Negeri Peusangan Siblah Krueng SMP的教师为研究对象,选取了69名教师作为样本。本研究的目的是分析a)校长领导风格对教师绩效的影响;b)学校创设的沟通对教师绩效的影响;c)教师工作满意度对教师绩效的影响;d)校长领导风格、沟通和工作满意度对教师绩效的同时影响。采用的分析方法是通过统计分析和路径模型,因为自变量之间存在因果关系。研究结果发现。(1)校长领导风格因素对教师绩效的正向影响为23.88%,(2)沟通因素对教师绩效的显著影响为16.76%,(3)教师工作满意度对教师绩效的显著影响为10.30%,(4)同时证明校长领导风格、沟通和工作满意度对教师绩效的显著影响,这三个因素的贡献为53.5%。而其余的49.1%是由于未检查的变量的作用。这些因素包括学校文化、薪酬、教师能力、教育和培训等。
