The research method used in this study is an associative method with a quantitative approach, to 95 employees, with a collection technique using a closed questionnaire instrument. The analytical method used is a path analysis approach. The results showed that: a. There is an effect of work motivation on employee performance at KIP in Bireuen and Lhokseumawe Regencies, which is 15.89%. b. There is an influence of communication factors that are woven between employees and superiors in the office, on employee performance, which is calculated from this study which is quite significant, namely 24.32%. c. there is an effect of compensation given and felt by employees in the office, on employee performance, which is calculated from this study which is quite significant, namely 29.01%. And D. Simultaneously revealed that the variables of work motivation, communication and compensation proved to have an effect on employee performance. This is also supported by the correlation coefficient value of 0.831. This means that the relationship between these variables is quite close. 摘要
