To date, there are only few approaches providing quantitative decision support on test selection. In the present paper, a new methodology for prioritizing testing activities during test planning based on uncertainties in technical risk assessment is proposed. By analyzing prevailing uncertainties in risk assessment using the FMEA method, quantitative decision support for test case prioritization can be provided. ACL assembly technology can effectively achieve the effect of fine filtering and restricted access, so the network equipment with the application of ACL assembly technology is a new research direction. This paper briefly introduces the basic principles and development of ACL assembly, and focuses on the matching performance of ACL assembly. An improved NP+TCAM-based ternary bitmap matching algorithm is proposed to effectively minimize the number of times of matching when assembling ACLs. The method, based on Lz-transform approach, drastically simplifies the solution in comparison with the straightforward Markov method. The diesel-electric propulsion system of an icebreaker-type Arctic ship with four diesel generators and a main traction electric motor with a various number of phases has been selected as an example. Aircraft weight reduction is an essential contributor to minimizing aircraft fuel consumption and direct operating costs. Various investigations to lower the weight of the electrical system have been performed and some been put in place. Specific approaches are based on an effective Power Management function to optimize the weight of that part of the electrical system, which supplies non-flight relevant loads only. That part of the electrical system is also referred to as Cabin and Cargo electrical distribution system. In the scope of the optimization of the Cabin and Cargo power distribution system based on an effective Power Management function, the question of how far distribution capacities can be reduced had continually been raised. An answer to that question based on a newly introduced Mean Time Between Under-Capacities allows dimensioning the Cabin and Cargo electrical power distribution system based on the actual power demand of loads during flights. The proposed model has reduced filter size, improved dynamic response and reduced voltage losses on the semiconductor switches. Current doubler circuit is inserted on the secondary side of in a converter, and a high-output current is produced from the secondary-side circuit so, efficiency may be getting better by using current doubler rectifier (CDR). The basics of working the proposed DC/DC converter, test, and analysis are introduced. The power conversion characteristics and power loss analysis are discussed with the marked features. The first one is only based on measurements. The second one is based on a data reduction with modeling compensation. The third one is only based on damage modeling. The all-measurement method is the best on results but the more expensive. The mixed data-modeling gives less good results but sufficient but better for using. Therefore, the stability and reliability of a tool magazine and ATC are very important to a machining center. Failures of a tool magazine and ATC would increase the maintenance time and repair cost. So the operational reliability for a tool magazine and ATC becomes a hotspot research. The tool-pulling force of a tool magazine and ATC would be obvious when the tool changing arm draws a tool holder out of a tool pocket and the tool-pulling force can reflect the degree of the lock springs failure which is one of the main reason for tool falling failure. To calculate the operational reliability of springs in the ATC and get ATC running status, the mathematical models between tool-pulling force and parameters of springs are built. Then, tool-pulling force test is conducted by using a special device and the test data are fitted by the linear equation. According to the correspondence between the mathematical models and coefficients of the linear fitting, the loading of springs is obtained. The modal analysis and random vibrational simulation analysis model are established by the finite element analysis method. In order to get inherent mode, stress response and displacement response of the audio system, complete the vibrational simulation calculation. The simulation results show that, the first 6 order natural frequencies of the audio system are between 133Hz and 371 Hz. Two following sources causing the reliability of components are deterministic and inaccurate: I Uncertainty in the quality of the components (confidence in parameter estimation, low accuracy of expert opinions and related standard) n. Variations in working conditions (uncertainty in the time of operation, working conditions, environmental stress, temperature and workload). This paper presents an efficient methodology which is developed for modeling redundancy allocation problem considering two types of variation in reliability data by stochastic programming and risk model. In this model, scenario planning is used for modeling variations in working conditions and risk model is presented for considering uncertainty of components reliability.
