The study was carried out in a virtual software environment for receptor-oriented flexible docking Autodock 4.2. The ligands were prepared using the MGL Tools 1.5.6. Ligand optimization was performed using the Avogadro software. The crystallographic structures of the active site macromolecules of human folate receptors (FOLR2) and colony stimulating factor kinase 1 (CSF1R) from the Protein Data Bank (PDB ID: 4KN2 and 4R7I, respectively) were used. A new compound, 9-aminium-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroacridin-1(2Н)-one L-2-hydroxybutanediovatate (laboratory name LHT-17-19), was studied. LHT-17-19 formed a stable complex with the type III receptor of tyrosine kinase of the monocyte and macrophage colony-stimulating factor (CSF1R) and with the folate receptor FOLR2 with Affinity DG -10.2 kcal/M, EDoc -6.82 kcal/M, Ki 9.99 uM and 10.0 kcal/ M, Edoc -7.05 kcal/M, Ki 6.85 uM, respectively. In terms of the main indicators of affinity LHT-17-19 was not inferior to the reference drugs imatinib and pemetrexed. It is shown that the current application of quantum physics approaches to consciousness, psychological approaches such as perception, cognition, emotions, consciousness and learning, involves the search for a single objective mathematical model of what underlies the experience of the brain. The use of quantum physics algorithms can help in understanding the mechanisms of brain malfunctions and memory impairments that are found in pathologies such as dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, etc. Quantum physics approaches are applicable to issues of modeling cognition and decision-making processes, as well as in cognitive research, information processing by the human brain, artificial intelligence development, psychology, social and political sciences. Application of the abstract mathematical principles of quantum theory can help in understanding human consciousness and behavior. Quantum probability theory is applied to modeling human behavior due to the prevalence of uncertainty in human interaction with the world. Quantum cognitive models are especially useful in research in such areas as errors in decision making, order effects of questions, conceptual combinations, accumulation of evidence, perception, etc. Of particular interest to researchers are issues of quantum-like modeling of cognition and decision-making processes, the apparatus of quantum information and probability theory, useful for such modeling, as well as the use of such apparatus in cognitive research, the development of artificial intelligence, psychology, social and political sciences.","PeriodicalId":161741,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin \"Biomedicine and sociology\"","volume":"24 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139333890","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Scientists have identified the most significant measures as: impact on the social determinants of mental health (standard of living and working conditions; measures to prevent and promote health and mental health, including measures to reduce stigma and discrimination; increasing access to evidence-based care through the development of services occupational health and safety, including access to industrial and restorative medicine services. Work intensity is most often considered the main risk factor for constant stress in the workplace/production place, as it correlates with the body's reactions to the adverse effects of production factors. Analysis of the combination of high production demands with social vulnerability at work/work with symptoms of depression and/or anxiety showed a high risk of mental disorder depending on psychosocial factors, regardless of the social status, health status, verbal intelligence and personal qualities of the employee. There is a need for closer attention to issues of gender selection in various professions as part of the study of the gender aspect as a social determinant of health in the context of maintaining/restoring the health of workers. The discrepancy between the efforts made and the rewards received at work is another psychosocial factor that negatively affects the mental health of the population, which also contributes to the abuse of alcohol and various medications that affect cognitive abilities, and reduces the quality of sleep. High personal self-esteem is thought to be a protective resource that reduces the risk of psychological distress, but there is a paucity of research linking self-esteem to neurobiological adaptability.","PeriodicalId":161741,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin \"Biomedicine and sociology\"","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139333816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Сompounds were synthesized in the department of chemistry, technology of synthetic drugs and analytical control of VNС BAV (Russia). A possible mechanism for the development of secondary chemoresistance was determined on the organoid model of triple-negative breast cancer, provided to us by scientists from the FGBI “N.N. Both compounds were shown to be cytotoxic against two human neoplasias with an inhibitory concentration of 1.3 × 10-7 for substance LHT-17-19 and LHT-13-19 – 7.6 × 10-3 M for colon cancer HT29 and 1.6×10-5 (LHT-17-19) and 3.8×1 (LHT-13-19) for MCF-7 breast cancer. During the formation of secondary resistance of triple-negative breast cancer cells to LHT-13-19, the reverse transport of compound molecules is activated, as evidenced by the increase in the concentration of the substance in the cultivation medium after washing the three-dimensional culture. Under the same experimental conditions, although secondary resistance to LHT-17-19 is formed, no efflux of molecules into the medium is observed, which indicates that in this case other mechanisms not related to reverse transport may be involved.","PeriodicalId":161741,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin \"Biomedicine and sociology\"","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117195986","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Materials and methods. The experiment was carried out on mature male Wistar rats (200-250 g). Potentially painful interventions in the ongoing experiments and euthanasia were performed under combined injection anesthesia. The model of the falling weight modified by us for rats was used to reproduce TBI. To initiate systemic inflammation (SI), the animals were intramuscularly injected with pyrogenal solution. The study included the following groups: intact rats (n=12); after applying TBI (n=12)-TBI; triple administration (1, 3, 4 days) of pyrogenal without TBI (n=16)-SV; triple administration of pyrogenal (1, 3, 4 days) after TBI (n=12)-TBI+SV. On days 4 and 6 from the beginning of the experiment, under general anesthesia, the animals were dissected, their lungs were removed, after which histological sections were made.\u0000Morphological and functional changes in the blood vessels of the bronchial tree and lung parenchyma were analyzed in experimental traumatic brain injury (TBI) and systemic inflammation in rats. It has been established that in injured rats, the administration of pyrogenal has a significant effect on the structure of the bronchial blood vessels of the lungs, while the application of only TBI does not initiate such changes. At the same time, a significant change in the morphometric characteristics of blood vessels is detected, a spasm of arterioles is determined with a decrease in the diameter of the lumen on days 4 and 6 of the study, and an accumulation of segmented leukocytes, macrophages and other bronchial secretion cells in the perivascular space of the vessels is noted. Sensory area of patients: It is a heterogeneous neuropsychiatric disorder with a deficit of perception of sensory information, and with expressed disorders in the sphere of communication and speech underdevelopment and limited interests. Motor skills of children: unexpected, spontaneous movements of various parts of the body, and violations of the sequence of basic, habitual actions. Impaired psychomotor development in autism: There is a possibility that the distortion of the mirror neuron system may lead to a lack of speech function, which may cause a lack of ability to learn through imitation mechanisms. Identification, diagnosis of mental development, organization of help: Observations, conversations and medical documentation make it possible to draw a conclusion about the affective development of the child. Principles of medication correction: consist in individual selection of remedies and methods in each individual case and are determined by the child's behavior. Regular and long-term work of qualified specialists consists in selecting the necessary therapy, which includes neuroleptics-risperidone and aripiprazole to reduce negativity, aggression, but they have side effects in the form of carbohydrate metabolism disorders.
