Companies in managing business are required to be able to use all human resources properly and correctly so that company goals can be achieved together. In practice, human resources in a company have varied performance, and are influenced by certain factors. These factors include compensation and work environment. This study aims to: (1) determine the significance of the effect of compensation on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch; (2) determine the significance of the influence of the work environment on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch; and (3) knowing the significance of the simultaneous influence of compensation and work environment on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch.The sample taken is 150 respondents. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis tool using multiple regression test. Testing the hypothesis using the t test and F test. In addition, to determine the amount of the contribution of the variables entered, the R2 test is carried out.The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the constant value is 1.599 and the regression coefficient of the compensation variable is 0.191 and the work environment is 0.433. The results of hypothesis testing t and F indicate that the variable compensation and work environment significantly affect the performance of PAD employees at PT. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The number of respondents is 116 people, who are participating in teaching and learning activities using the digital learning transformation method. The results showed that 112 people (96.5%) supported, while 4 people (3.5%) did not support the implementation of digital learning transformation and Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus. This study used 118 respondents. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. Using quantitative descriptive analysis method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that, simultaneously, the variables of the internal control system, regional financial accounting system and human resource capacity had a significant positive effect on the of the quality of local government financial reports, as evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test). As of October 31, 2020, the number of cases has reached 45,866,380 and 1,192,684 deaths worldwide, 410,088 people exposed and 13,869 people died in Indonesia. The study aims to determine the extent of the impact of Covid-19 on the Indonesian economy in terms of national income, which is calculated based on the mode of production (business field) Y = (Pi.Qi)), and predictions in the future, if possible. The Covid-19 pandemic is still going on for a long time. Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) which were implemented in various regions in Indonesia in April and May, suppressed economic activity in all sectors. Some business sectors have been forced to lay off their employees. Meanwhile, people hold their consumption until conditions are more stable. As a result, Indonesia's economic growth in the second quarter of 2020 contracted by 5.3 percent (YoY). \u0000Contribution of corrections came from mining and quarrying (-2.72%), processing industry (6.19%), electricity and gas procurement (-5.46), construction (-5.39%), Wholesale and Retail Trade; Repair of Cars and Motorcycles (-7.57%), Transportation and Warehousing (-30.84%), Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink (-22.02), company services (-12.09%), and other services ( -12.60%). This study uses service quality variables consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy as independent variables to analyze their effect on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population in this study were outpatients who had received services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Special Hospital for Mothers and Children, Yogyakarta, with a total of 130 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample of 98 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression analysis which was processed with the SPSS 17.0 program. The results showed that there was an effect of tangibles (physical evidence) on patient satisfaction, which was indicated by tcount of 2,459. There is an effect of empathy (empathy) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-value of 3.275. There is an effect of reliability (reliability) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-value of 2.603. There is no effect of responsiveness (responsiveness) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-value of 1.614. There is no influence of the assurance variable (guarantee) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-value of 0.151. The results of the F test (ANOVA) prove that the quality of service, which is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, has a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction, which is indicated by the value of Fcount = 17,248 , the value is greater than F table which is 2,313, and the 0.000 significance level is smaller than 0.05.
