Collection technique using SPSS.17. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定注册服务对日惹RSKIA PKU穆罕默迪亚Kotagede门诊满意度的影响。选取的人群是日惹穆罕默迪亚·科塔格德RSKIA PKU的门诊病人,共50人作为样本。数据收集是通过向受访者分发问卷的方式进行的。使用SPSS.17收集技术。根据研究结果可知,服务变量对员工绩效有正向显著影响,显著值为0.007 < 0.05,t检验计算t值为3.097 > t表1.677。
