Nur Hidayah Hospital, Bantul Yogyakarta, in meeting the need for human resources, recruits employees through several stages. This study describes the stages in employee recruitment at Nur Hidayah Hospital. In addition, it also describes the views of Islamic management on employee recruitment at Nur Hidayah Hospital. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative using data collection methods through observation, documentation, and interviews. From this study it was concluded that the recruitment of employees at the hospital. Nur Hidayah is carried out directly or indirectly. This study was conducted at the Pharmaceutical Installation at Tk III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto with a sample size of 96 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that partially, variable physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Among the five variables, the responsiveness variable (X3) is the variable that has the most dominant effect on patient satisfaction at the Pharmaceutical Installation at Tk III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta which is indicated by a beta value of 0.350 whose value is the closest to zero. While simultaneously the five variables both from physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect patient satisfaction indicated by the calculation of F observed (721.910) > F table (1,91). On the other hand, the satisfaction determination coefficient is indicated by Adjusted R Square of 0.976. This means that customer satisfaction of 97.6% is affected by physical proof variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). This study uses regression analysis, where this analysis tool is used to determine the extent of the influence of motivation, job training and work loyalty factors on employee performance. The results of this study partially indicate that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results also show that motivation, training and loyalty simultaneously affect employee performance. The calculation of R Square that is done can be seen that the value of R Square is 0.228 or 22.8%. The magnitude of the influence of the variable management of facilities and infrastructure on employee performance is 22.8%. The correlation test carried out can be seen that the correlation number between the management of facilities and infrastructure and employee performance is 0.477. This means that the relationship between the two variables is positively correlated (unidirectional).
