Every subregion deliverys the data of the field values to its contiguous subregion on the boundary by dividing the computation region so as to realize the parallelizing of FDTD algorithm. In this paper, we utilize the parallel FDTD to study the scattering of dielectric layer of electromagnetic wave. It shows that the results of the parallel computing are consistent with those of the serial computing. Meanwhile, we also analyze & discuss the computing efficiency of FDTD and other factors that can have impacts on the parallel efficiency. Finally, we present an improved algorithm to increase the parallel efficiency. High precision gyroscope is sensitive to temperature. The input sample must take account of the continuous temperature and mean temperature value in a period of time can not be used for model. The model of multi-input and single-output is better than the model of single-input and single-output in the same neural network. Genetic algorithm(GA) can optimizes Back-Propagation(BP) neural network. GA-BP and BP neural network can’t achieve the precision request. Radial basis function(RBF) neural network has good precision whose relative error is about 10-6. Besides, the evaluation of the performance should be considered for well resource planning and controlling. Therefore, fine granularity role clarification and performance checking should be conducted. This paper demonstrates the role clarification problem in unit testing phase of software development, brings forth an electronic algorithm for role clarification in unit testing environment. In this paper, we firstly analyze a PPV(Pay-Per-View) protocol, and find some potential shortcomings and limitations. By multiplying the HASH chains technology, we employ a couple of HASH chains as billing cell, and improve the fairness problem which a cell’s loss existed when communication interrupted. Consequently, we propose a new protocol. We assume that user, VASP and mobile network operators communicate each other with an agreed session key. This protocol is able to achieve the service application and payment function commendably. The protocol is specially fit for mobile communication network environment(ad-hoc) as the low computing and storing requirement in mobile terminals,. In this paper, a new license plate recognition approach is put forward based on the Radial Basis Function Neural Networks (RBFNN). Also discussed are the problem of feature of vehicle license plate feature, the input data pattern of the RBFNN, the architecture of the automatic recognition system, the problem of normalization of the image-size, and the problem of training algorithm of hidden layer’s neural nodes. Experiments have been conducted for video monitored by vehicle monitor. Through this mechanism, the knowledge of each particle will be gradually updated in a dynamically changing environment.
