And extraction of sub-image characterization—frequency bands of intermediate frequency of fabric image texture. Calculating the value of entropy and energy is as characteristic quantity of defect detection. And they were also compared to characteristic value of the normal image for judging whether defect exists. Meanwhile, some typical defect forms of plain weave white cotton fabric has been detection in this paper. The decision matrix is normalized by calculating the grey relation coefficients of linguistic attribute values to their corresponding positive ideal one. Furthermore, a mathematical programming model is set up to figure out the attribute weights with the overall values of the alternative being the goals. In addition, the overall values of the alternatives are obtained, based on which the alternatives are ranked. With the purpose to resolve the problems above, this paper proposes a service ontology system based on OWL. The proposed algorithm is based on formation of reference vectors that make a data mining system able to classify user profile patterns into classes of similar profiles, which forms the basis of a library book recommendation system. A correspondent computer program is developed by using C++ language. To evaluate the performance of the presented approach, the book circulation data of a university library is collected and used for the developed program. Handover latency in Mobile IPv6 plays an important role in the performance of a given network scenario.It results in packet losses and severe End-to-End performance degradation due to throttling and retransmissions in TCP scenario. This paper present and discuss the handover process of mobile IPv6, provide an analysis of the MIPv6 handover procedure and some handover test results. The K-nearest neighbor method is a popular way for the collaborative filtering realizations. Its key technique is to find k nearest neighbors for a given user to predict his interests. However, most collaborative filtering algorithms suffer from data sparsity which leads to inaccuracy of recommendation. Aiming at the problem of data sparsity for collaborative filtering, a collaborative filtering algorithm based on BP neural networks is presented. This method uses the BP neural networks to fill the vacant ratings at first, then uses collaborative filtering to form nearest neighborhood, and lastly generates recommendations.
