In order to meet the needs of the development of information society and the cultivation of persons with professional skills, we develop the course learning system through computer-assisted instruction method based on multimedia and network technology for Engineering Thermodynamics curriculum, then recruit three classes from sophomore students with a certain English level as participants and provide three teaching strategies on the course learning system. A new experimental education scheme for technical courses has been proposed, including education of experiment principles, Web-based presentation of experiment resources, preparation of experiments and its examination, virtual experiments and their examination, administration of open real experiments, real experiments and their examination, and creative experiments. The proposed scheme concentrates several advanced techniques of the information age, by making full use of their advantages and bypassing their disadvantages. By applying the scheme, the experiments in technical courses can be carried out with high efficiency, high quality, good safety and individualization. Practice has demonstrated that the scheme is applicable. Personalized information service aims at improving the retrieval process by taking into account the particular interests of individual users. However, not all user preferences are relevant in all situations, and they should be understood in context with the user goals and tasks at hand. In this paper, we propose a context-aware personalized information service (CAPIS) approach to adapting information retrieval results according to each user’s information needs in different situations for relevant information with little user effort. After the process of CAPIS is analyzed, the service-oriented middleware architecture of CAPIS system is proposed. But most information can’t be properly analyzed and can’t meet the recruit requirement. In fact, the recruiting units are looking for talents of both high and low levels talents. However, many talents information can’t be evaluated correctly so that the appliers lose their job opportunities. This paper will research that a non-linear quadratic classification method applies in the personnel data from a job site. The method is support vector machine based on radial basis function support. The performance of the modified MAODV(SAMAODV) is compared with that of MAODV. We analyze our results in terms of packet delivery ratio, end-to-end average delay, routing overhead and the number of reconstruction trees. Based on common sense, the more similar the mobility pattern of nodes, the more stable their relative positions, which results in a connection between them with a longer duration In this paper, a novel routing scheme using the similarity degree of mobility pattern is proposed to optimize routing performance. In addition, a comprehensive metric called similarity degree is applied to scale the degree of similarity of the mobility pattern which includes deviation of the intermediate node’s speed direction from that of the destination, and distance from the intermediate node to the destination.
