摘要

针对带有噪声的数字图像的相关性差异,提出了一种基于第一滤波的JPEG压缩方法。实验结果表明,该方法在降低平均码长的同时,图像对象保真度优于经典的JPEG压缩方法。该算法具有编解码过程简单、速度快、误差小等优点。

An Improved Image Compression Algorithm for Noise Image
