It is a respiratory tract infection that is caused by a novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). The virus has now affected virtually every country across the world and the number of deaths continues to rapidly increase. Vaccines contain only a part of the same diseasecausing agent that has been killed or made inactive to cause sickness. Most viral diseases have no cure including the COVID-19 disease and because there is no scientifically proven cure for COVID-19, have led to the critical search for a means to salvage the world from this scourge. The result was a vaccine against the disease with the belief that vaccination has saved millions of lives globally.Methods:The aim of this experimental study was to assess the willingness and hesitancy regarding COVID- 19 vaccination among people. The study was a cross-sectional survey using a selfadministered questionnaire among the people. The sample of the study consisted of 500 participants from selected area.The questionnaire was made up of segments that include demographics information, knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine, its acceptance or hesitancy. Result: The majority of that is 304(60.8%) of participants hesitant regarding COVID- 19 vaccination and 321(64.2%) are moderate level of willingness regarding vaccination. Some of demographical variable find association between the with hesitancy like gender, education ,occupation, Residencem,covid infection, suffering or having any Disease, vaccinated against COVID-19, which one and would you still want this vaccine for yourself.Some of demographical variable find association between the with willingness like Age, Education, Occupation, Type of Family, Residence, you infected COVID-19 infection, vaccinated against COVID-19, which one and would you still want this vaccine for yourself.Conclusion: The study shows that most off participants have a COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy and willingness for various reasons. The participants were randomly allocated into two groups. Group A was anulom vilom pranayama group and group B was bhramari pranayama group. Both the groups received intervention through telerehabilitation daily for 4 weeks. The outcome measures were perceived stress scale (PSS-10) and SF-12. The mean difference of pre and post scores of quality of life measured using SF-12 were significant within group A and group B (paired t-test). Both the PCS and MCS scores showed significant results. The comparison of the two groups revealed non- significant improvements in terms of stress and quality of life in group A and group B. The study found that pranayama when practiced consistently showed improvement in physical as well as mental components of SF-12. The overall stress component showed improvement individually as compared to overall score. Thus telerehabilitation also proved to be significant in terms of quality of life.","PeriodicalId":15222,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Cardiovascular Disease Research","volume":"12 1","pages":"1739-1748"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69630197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are two effective dimensions in the diagnoses of migration of health care workers. These two dimensions are permanent and temporary, which are covered in this study. The migration of health care workers is accurately justified by their better living standards. Permanent migration of the health workers is maintained as they are high-skilled professionals. Economic development and career development aspects also justify permanent migration. Moreover, improper salary structure is treated as the primary cause behind the migration of health professionals from the Middle East to the West.","PeriodicalId":15222,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Cardiovascular Disease Research","volume":"12 1","pages":"861-869"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69629233","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of the study is to uncover many underling reasons for favoring or not wanting the door to door selling such as stress or privacy issues. The attitude of consumers regarding a new distribution channel for the cosmetics was analyzed from results which were significantly positive. Furthermore, it will help generate new business avenues for cosmetic brands to offer their products and maximize their reach to far flung areas where there are no shopping malls. The results of the study unveiled that door to door selling offers convenience, health safety in pandemic , privacy to consumers and stress free shopping experience. However, it also poses security issues to consumers. Moreover, door to door selling has a negative perception in Pakistan therefore first managers who want to sell their product by this avenue must first try to increase the image of the door to door selling. This door to door selling can help even strengthen economy by opening new earning ways for women, low earning segment of the population.","PeriodicalId":15222,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Cardiovascular Disease Research","volume":"12 1","pages":"135-139"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69631049","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods The online survey questionnaire was distributed to 160 nurses, doctors, medics, and specialists, and only 152 responses were filed in the Google form from healthcare workers from Jordan hospitals. The survey questions wanted answers related toestablishing job satisfaction and burnout levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. The questionnaire also contained questions investigating the nurses' and doctors' demographic, work-related variables, and personal experiences. Additionally, the basic needs at the workplace were investigated, and the world Health Organization-5 well-being index was established through the questionnaires. Different statistics measurements were used. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize both the background information about the healthcare providers and burnout levels. Results from the 152 healthcare professionals filed their responses, 32.6% were males, and the rest were females. Approximately48%.13% and 16% were nurses, doctors, and pharmacists. Burnout was caused by exhaustion, depression, anxiety, and overtime working time. 7% of the nurses were satisfied with the work, while 72.5% were not satisfied. Approximately 24% of the male healthcare providers demonstrated resilience in employment, while 5% of the female healthcare professionals demonstrated burnout and total withdrawal due to the scourging effects of covid-19 (Abujilban et al., 2021). The healthcare providers that received psychological support from their families seemed strong and suffered lower burnout levels. The fear of infection created anxiety that led to stress, and finally, the burnout levels shot high. Conclusions Covid -19 led to increased levels of burnout and lack of job satisfaction. The hospitals in Jordan were not prepared, and the fear of nurses and doctors getting infected created more anxiety. The healthcare motivation and energy to work reduced to a bare minimum.","PeriodicalId":15222,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Cardiovascular Disease Research","volume":"12 1","pages":"762-766"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69631762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
