GQPF proposes a Group-Oriented QoS-enhanced PF-based utility function for multi-channel OFDMA networks. We demonstrate via extensive simulation results, that GQPF outperforms PF in terms of system throughput and mean delay. The results show that GQPF well accommodates nearly twice the amount of high priority data than PF does.","PeriodicalId":152001,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Symposium on Next-Generation Electronics (ISNE)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133471179","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Simulation results show that using Gaussian-function doping profile, which can be simply realized using ion implantation process, can obtain larger Ion/Ioff ratio and smaller subthreshold slope value compared with uniform doping profile. With the increase of aspect ratio (T/W) and decrease of gate length, the effect is greater. Smaller standard deviation of Gaussian-function doping profile can also induce better performance.","PeriodicalId":152001,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Symposium on Next-Generation Electronics (ISNE)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126171839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
