There is significant progress in this research area in the last decade. This problem has plenty of solutions that are even deployed in business from driver assistant systems to autonomous vehicles. Nevertheless, we still focus on this area but from a different perspective utilizing the already achieved advances either in traffic signs detection and recognition or in computer vision in general. We want to empower our research group by focusing on the intelligent road infrastructure of which traffic signs are a part. Our contribution to the research group is in composing a solution for real-time mapping of traffic signs. This solution is going to be deployed on real vehicles collecting data about traffic signs like their location, side of the road, visibility, detection distance, or the direction of a road where the sign matters. Finally, this data is going to be crowdsourced by the vehicle agents and collected on a server creating a robust mapping of traffic signs on real roads.","PeriodicalId":151344,"journal":{"name":"2022 20th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116631933","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The question: “How to teach in the online world?” has become important. How to set a schedule, teach, get, and keep the attention of pupils and students in an online environment, how to assign tasks and teamwork, how to test and assess them. What tools and technical equipment are adequate. Yet even in the third year of the pandemic, our school system was not ready for online high school graduation. In doing so, we consider the most important question to be a fundamental one: “Why are we learning?” Answering it can help us change what we are supposed to be learning in a world where technological developments are occurring exponentially in almost every sector. And they can help us identify the knowledge and skills we need to adapt to ever-changing conditions. Based on our experience in practice, we therefore set out to review the teaching of the Project Management course at Faculty of Management of Comenius University Bratislava.","PeriodicalId":151344,"journal":{"name":"2022 20th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132988932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This evaluation method opens up for examining students remotely, either by online home exams or longer written assessments done away from the classroom. Contract cheating refers to a problem where the students hire a third party to complete their assignment and submit it for grading as their own. Manually dealing with contract cheating is a cumbersome task and tools for plagiarism detection are not able to detect contract cheaters as students do not use the work of other authors without consent. In this paper, a machine learning based system is designed to specifically detect the cases of contract cheating in academics. The system uses keystroke biometric behaviour where typing style is analysed to discriminate cheaters from genuine students. The experiments are conducted on two datasets where one is existing and another is designed by performing data collection in a university for recording the keystroke features. Two categories of keystroke dynamics, namely duration and latency-based features are studied for designing the various machine learning-based systems for investigating the efficient one. Furthermore, the performance of the systems are evaluated under the setting of zero false accusations in order to avoid genuine students being charged as imposters.","PeriodicalId":151344,"journal":{"name":"2022 20th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134375297","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we analyze the performance of the average consensus algorithm with the Maximum-degree weights and the Metropolis-Hastings algorithm in regular bipartite graphs, where both the algorithms for aggregating data diverge. We examine the evolution of their inner states and the mean square error in these critical graphs with various connectivity. Besides, these results are compared to the performance of the examined algorithms in non-regular non-bipartite topologies. The goal of our contribution presented in this paper is to identify whether the studied algorithms are also applicable in regular bipartite graphs despite their divergence.","PeriodicalId":151344,"journal":{"name":"2022 20th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133805394","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

VR technologies, 3D caves, graphics engines, and computer clusters were analyzed. Based on the analysis, the solution in the form of a library that can be used in Unity projects was designed and subsequently implemented. The library ensures synchronization of Unity application instances in the cluster, which display the virtual space of the 3D cave on individual walls. It also calculates the perspective of the displayed scene based on tracking the position of the user's head. The solution was then verified by integration into sample projects from the Unity store as well as by performance tests. This solution can be the basis for creating a virtual environment, e.g. therapist - patient interaction.","PeriodicalId":151344,"journal":{"name":"2022 20th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133542675","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the participation of a subject matter expert as well as a programming language expert is a necessity in the creation of examples and exercises.
