How (not) to regulate automated vehicles: lessons from Slovakia

Abstract

The article deals with the topic of regulation of automated vehicles. Automated vehicles present several regulatory challenges that shall be covered in national or international legislation. We analyze these issues considering the case of Slovakia which recently introduced the first national bill governing automated vehicles.
