The following experimental protocol was therefore designed to allow a systemic approach to the study and we concludes that Drug absorption in the GIT is a highly variable process, prolonging gastric retention of the dosage forms and extends the time of drug absorption. Floating hollow microspheres are prepared with enteric coated polymer (Eudragit RS 100) successfully by the solvent evaporation technique. Upon incorporation of the hydrophilic polymer such as polyethylene oxide in the shell of microballoons, the amount of drug released from microspheres could be enhanced.","PeriodicalId":151037,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Innovations in Applied Pharmaceutical Science (JIAPS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129455988","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The isolates were capable of utilizing chlorpyrifos (Cp) and malathion as the sole source of carbon, phosphorus and energy. High yielding isolate KSCM-08 was identified based on16SrRNA sequencing. Genomic DNA was successfully extracted from bacterial isolate KSCM-08, and the total DNA content was determined to be 734±23 µg/gm. The absorbance ratio of extracted DNA at A260/280 has been found to be 1.96±0.2. 1381 nucleotide sequence of the PCR amplified 16s rRNA gene from bacterial isolate KSCM-08. The 16s rRNA gene sequence comprises 344 bp of adenine (A), 280 bp of thymine (T), 430 bp of guanine (G), and 327 bp of cytosine (C). The G+C percentage was determined to be 54.8%. The BLAST report demonstrates the similar sequences with the KSCM-08 16s rRNA sequence, along with their percentage of identity. The BLASTn analysis of the 1381 bp length 16s rRNA gene sequence of KSCM-08 against the GenBank database revealed that KSCM-08 exhibits similarity with Bacillus species. The evolutionary divergence of bacterial isolate KSCM-08 with its relative members was determined. A satisfactory result was established by the use of the 16S rRNA gene as a marker to evaluate the phylogenetic relationship and the bacteria was confirmed as Bacillus safensis.","PeriodicalId":151037,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Innovations in Applied Pharmaceutical Science (JIAPS)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130058303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pharmacovigilance starts with case processing: this involve safety data collection and coding, case management reporting and submission. In case of clinical trial, it is the investigator or in case of post-marketing trial, it is either the physician or the prescriber or the patient himself who reports the adverse event or any drug-related problem. Pharmacovigilance case processing helps to get clear information regarding the drug and outcomes by using various software technologies. Arugs database, cemflow, vigibase and ICSR are few software used nowadays. Case processing helps to monitor and track all serious adverse events, and medically significant ADRs and other medical related product information followed by timely processing and reporting of such information according with company and regulatory reporting.","PeriodicalId":151037,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Innovations in Applied Pharmaceutical Science (JIAPS)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130565768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
