For inter working between femtocells and LTE network handover and mobility management are the important key to achieve the best performance. Cell range of femtocells is smaller than macro cells and main propose for applying and using femtocells are increasing up link coverage. Because of femtocells have low coverage area, so probability of frequently active and no -active for these cells has high value. According to this property, number of handover attempt between LTE to femtocells and femtocells to femtocells has been increased, thus percentage successful handover may be affected, and we face degradation in this index. One important and practical solution is to use mobility robustness feature and load balancing for reduce unnecessarily and handover failure. In this paper we consider on a gradient method and cost function based on Mobility Robustness optimization (MRO) and load balancing scheme to improve the handover and mobility management performance. Self-organizing network(SON) is used to enhance the efficiency and reliability. The change in radar technologies has revealed that this technology area should be examined carefully. In this study, one of the time series method was chosen to create the technology forecasting model for radar technologies. How the state of radar technologies has changed over time is analyzed with ARIMA model. Patent databases are reliable, comprehensive, explanatory and open source databases. Therefore, patent databases were chosen as data sources while creating radar forecasting model. R software language and libraries were used in the stages of creating and testing the model. The structure of the patent data was revealed by descriptive statistics, then tests and transformations were performed to fulfill the requirements of the ARIMA method. The quality of the system, corresponding to the domain requirements, can only be achieved via involving the model development of experts in the relevant fields. Traditional design methods based on the using professional tools and modeling languages are difficult for subject matter experts. Using Domain Specific Languages (DSL) have been increasingly gaining attention of developers because DSLs are created to cope with specific domain particularities. However, DSL development consists of several steps to be performed can be hard. Identifying the correct set of elements and constructions of DSL, defining their constraints can be very error-prone. Automation of the new DSLs development is relevant task. The designing of new DSLs should be based on the knowledge of experts, which can be represented using an ontology. An approach to DSM platform development based on using multifaceted ontology to DSL design is proposed. In this way, the support methodology for the decision was developed. The aforementioned system considers a sequence of proceedings directed to the prioritization ranking of digital transformation capabilities. This stage consisted of the following steps: (i) the determination of the CSF; (ii) the assessment of digital transformation capabilities in relation to CSF; (iii) the determination of global performance of digital transformation capabilities using neurofuzzy networks. Due to the rise of the impaired people population and there are limited technological-based facilities, we want to leverage technology to develop an Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) based smart portable cane for visually impaired people using android application. We have created an information-based probabilistic relative model amongst the key indicators and sequenced their data gathering priority and precedence. This dissemination of information and usage of the internet enables users to create and share massive amounts of information, some of which are unreliable. Fake news has become an important social issue for researchers to tackle. Few English fake news datasets were published and numerous machine learning approaches were proposed for news reliability classification. However, up to now, there is a limited reliable Arabic dataset for fake news detection. This paper is a data paper in which we present a new dataset of Arabic fake news. The data was collected from various sources including PalKashif. The articles and news segments were labeled by two experts. The dataset contains about 500 news segments and the inter-annotator agreement measured using Cohen’s Kappa is 0.807. This paper addresses the limitation of flight endurance by presenting a nontrivial design of multi rotor. The proposed design utilizes multi efficiency type motors. Combination of low efficiency motors for stability and high efficiency motor for load carrying provides over all energy proficient flying platform. The paper discusses detailed theoretical analysis of all thrust creating elements, frame design and power consumption entities of proposed design. One such tool is Petri nets, a formal technique for modeling and analyzing simple and complex business activities. It preserves consistency, and yet easy to use for people with less technical background. However, while modeling business activities using Petri nets we want to ensure the correctness of this model by enforcing different constraints. Furthermore, being abstract, the model cannot be applied for execution per se. Therefore, one or several stages of transformation of a source model into a more specific target model have to be applied. The target model obtained requires use of formal methods to ensure its correctness. In other words, we want to ensure the correctness of the transformation itself.This paper outlines an approach to using B-method as a correctness proving tool for an abstract model written in Petri nets. We first demonstrate how Petri nets and B can be formally combined. After that we use an example to show how the actual combining is performed by defining formal definitions of Petri nets and a B machine. We also demonstrate a definition of a consistent B machine, which is further followed by formal definition of combining Petri nets with B.
