Abstract
The present paper aims to examine how digital transformation capabilities influence the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in the high technology sector in Italy. In this way, the support methodology for the decision was developed. The aforementioned system considers a sequence of proceedings directed to the prioritization ranking of digital transformation capabilities. This stage consisted of the following steps: (i) the determination of the CSF; (ii) the assessment of digital transformation capabilities in relation to CSF; (iii) the determination of global performance of digital transformation capabilities using neurofuzzy networks. The results obtained have been satisfying, validating the proceeding proposed for assembling and the prioritization of digital transformation capability for projects on Small and Medium Enterprises of high technology under turbulent and uncertain environments.
