The multiplication of small-scale matrices does not cause any difficulties while multiplying of large-scale matrices usually faces many difficulties. In this case, block matrix multiplication is used. Since each block of the resultant matrix is formed independently of all the others, this allows the block matrix multiplication to be executed in parallel, significantly reducing the multiplication time. The article formulates the rules of optimal division of multiplied rectangular matrices into blocks depending on the number of processors used. The method of substantiation and assessment of the time complexity of the formation of the resulting matrix is also presented as well as further improvement of block matrix multiplication is proposed. In case of some kind of rectangular matrices, the process of improvement is reduced to the re-distribution of the elemental rows and columns of the original matrices into several block-rows and block-columns of the multiplied matrices. This leads to a decrease in the dimension of the largest block of the resultant matrix and, consequently, to an acceleration of the multiplication process.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117155799","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper develops NER models with two different approaches which are rule-based and machine learning-based approaches and compares the performances of them with familiar and unfamiliar datasets to determine the best approach. The rule-based approach uses statistics as its main technique and brings sufficient results - 70% f-score for both datasets. The second method consists of three models. The first one is obtained by training a model from scratch with Convolution Neural Network (CNN) using Spacy library which results in the best outcome - above 90% f-score for each test dataset. Secondly, a pre-trained multilingual Spacy model is also used to contrast the results, which proves the importance of the domain in which a NER model is trained since this model scored less than 50% in testing. Additionally, a new model has also been trained on top of the multilingual model using training dataset and performs the best in its domain.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115951565","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article considers the development of a simulation model of the data network of the mining enterprise to estimate the quality indicators of the network operation. The example of simulation model usage for real production site in open quarry is given. The directions of practical application of the developed model for the mining enterprises and for manufacturers of the automated systems of a mining-transport complex are resulted.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"259 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123443077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Applying the approach results in the assessment of the agentś belonging to 8 emotional classes according to the Heymans - Le Senne typology, which is the psychological basis of our research. We analyze the actorś activities in the format of text messages in cyberspace and propose methods to determine the key criteria such as emotionality, activity, and primacy or secondariness. We analyzed the data of two different groups of a popular Russian Facebook-like social network VK and determined the psychotypes of their active subscribers. We have revealed that in both groups the dominating majority of users (50-60 %) may be classified as “apathetic” and “amorphous The minor part of actors (about 30 %) determine the main activity and emotion dynamics in these communities being “nervous”, “phlegmatic”, and “sanguine”. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the originality of the methods proposed for solving a complex and currently poorly developed problem - determining the character of a person by analyzing their activities in the cyberspace.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128875466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
