We note that all the existing RCA indicators suffer from some certain limits, while the efforts to make up these flaws have contributed to the improvement of RCA measurements and facilitated the research on international trade and specialization. Furthermore, we argue that the deficiencies inherent in the multiform RCA indices should be cognized in any relevant empirical studies, which are advised to choose or to devise measurement tools that are most appropriate for the object properties of the research concerned.","PeriodicalId":150494,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on E-business and Mobile Commerce","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129791048","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The key factor for the success of e-payments is understanding and satisfying customer needs and expectations. In order to increase the adoption rate of e-payments or users' intention to use e-payments, the factors that influence consumer adoption must be better managed. Reports show that some users, despite having physical access, are reluctant to use the technology. It is suspected that there are factors that influence the use of e-payments, namely perceived risk, perceived trust and perceived security. This study aims to investigate whether there is an effect of perceived risk, perceived trust and perceived security on consumer intention to use e-payment in Jakarta Greater Area (Jabodetabek). This study uses a quantitative method involving 109 e-payment users in Jabodetabek with an age range of 17-40 years. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results obtained using SPSS, all factors of perceived risk, perceived trust and perceived security have a significant influence on consumer intention to use e-payments in Jabodetabek.","PeriodicalId":150494,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on E-business and Mobile Commerce","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126537494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And they are in urgent need of external financing to tide over the difficulties. The purpose of rural commercial bank is to serve small and medium-sized enterprises and agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Therefore, the financing of rural commercial bank is crucial for the development of small-micro enterprises. However, due to unstable development mode, imperfect management mechanism and other reasons, small-micro enterprises usually have high credit risk, which brings great challenges to the loan risk control of rural commercial bank. Effective evaluation of credit risk of small-micro enterprises is the basis of rural commercial bank's loan decision-making and an important issue concerned by theory and practice. This paper studies the credit risk evaluation model of rural commercial bank for small-micro enterprises. Firstly, a set of credit risk evaluation indicator system combining financial and behavioral indicators is constructed, which expands the disadvantages of traditional research that only considers financial indicators is too one-sided. Secondly, XGBoost model is used to screen indicators and build a credit risk evaluation model of small-micro enterprises based on improved random forest. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified by comparing with other traditional models, and the experiment proves that the introduction of behavioral indicators can significantly improve the effectiveness of the model.","PeriodicalId":150494,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on E-business and Mobile Commerce","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133248969","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditional rule-based NLP, for instance, is known for its deficiency of creating context-aware representations of words and sentences. Natural language inference (NLI) addresses this deficiency by using PTLMs to create context-sensitive embedding for contextual reasoning. This paper outlines a system design that uses traditional rule-based NLP and deep learning to extract aspect-based financial opinion from financial commentaries written using colloquial Cantonese, a dialect of the Chinese language used in Hong Kong. We need to confront the issue that existing off-the-shelf PTLMs, such as BERT and Roberta, are not pre-trained to understand the language semantics of colloquial Cantonese, let alone the slang, jargon, and codeword that people in Hong Kong use to articulate opinions. As a result, we approached the opinion extraction problem differently from the mainstream approaches, which use model-based named entity recognition (NER) to detect and extract opinion aspects as named entities and named entity relations. Because there is no PTLM for our specific language and problem domain, we solve the opinion extraction problem using rule-based NLP and deep learning techniques. We report our experience of creating a lexicon and identifying candidate opinion aspects in the input text using rule-based NLP. We discuss how to improve BERT’s linguistic knowledge of colloquial Cantonese through a fine-tuning procedure. We illustrate how to prepare the input text for contextual reasoning and demonstrate how to use NLI to confirm candidate opinion aspects as extractable.","PeriodicalId":150494,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on E-business and Mobile Commerce","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128984745","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
