The method is based on the analysis of the traj ectory of interference signals (multidimensional Lissajous figures) formed by the intensity values of various points in a series of interferograms obtained by the stepwise phase shift method. The dynamic range is increased by forming the difference phases, similar to the methods of shear interferometry and solving the system of equations equivalent to the system of equations that is obtained when solving the Poisson equation and the Dirichlet boundary conditions. In contrast to classical methods of stepwise phase shift, the proposed method does not require the determination of actual values of phase shifts, which makes it possible to increase the accuracy of measurements and significantly expand the scope of this measurement method. The comparative analysis was done on the basis of the author's simulation model. It was done by comparison the simulation results of user's service blocking probability based on current interference level after author's solution to minimize the interference of Reference Signals caused by PCI collision. The PCI collision could happen if the neighboring cells use the same PCI code, which is cause the interference between Reference Signal distribution in time-frequency domain. Authors developed the software for Android phones to be as a drive-test equipment to get statistic of current information about network with attached GSP coordinates. Therefore, the ability to maintain detection algorithm performance in the case of noise environment changing is one of the key problems. In the most cases at the stage of synthesis, it is not possible to ensure the independence of the average losses of an algorithm on the noise distribution, which makes it necessary to estimate the stability of the average losses of algorithms in the case of nonparametric a priori uncertainty. This property is usually called robustness. Models of limiting statistics distributions for the proposed tests as well as for the Anderson-Darling k-sample test have been made.
