The comparative analysis was done on the basis of the author's simulation model. It was done by comparison the simulation results of user's service blocking probability based on current interference level after author's solution to minimize the interference of Reference Signals caused by PCI collision. The PCI collision could happen if the neighboring cells use the same PCI code, which is cause the interference between Reference Signal distribution in time-frequency domain. Authors developed the software for Android phones to be as a drive-test equipment to get statistic of current information about network with attached GSP coordinates.
