The Development of Medical Diagnostic System Based on Integration of Traditional and Eastern Medicines 基于中西医结合的医学诊断系统的开发

If necessary, to clarify the probable diagnoses, the doctor should receive from the patient additional information about a human personal condition (medical history, lifestyle, some laboratory tests, etc.). In determining the actual disease present, there arises the actual task of choosing the most preferred atomic diagnostic test (ADT) at each step of the diagnostic process. One of the main directions of this work is research of informativity questionnaire for patients, where such as questions with binary answers Yes or No and questions for determination of human innate nature type. To increase diagnostic precision there has been developed a program method of diagnostic criterion (informativeness) using Bayes procedure and module of analysis based on nominal entropies. One variant of the diagnostic test based on self-assessed health status suggests determining a patient's constitution due to which it is possible to specify the diagnosis, avoiding diseases that are not typical for a certain constitutional type. Equipment improvement and its operation modes optimization will allow better usage of existing traction drive resources. Introduction of innovative technologies with modern storage devices and non-conventional fuels application will provide highly efficient electricity usage by electrical complex. The use of traditional solutions and approaches are not sufficient to realize the effectiveness of energy resources in transport, so the study of electrical energy management issues with minimal impact on the environment is a priority. The use of hydrogen as a primary energy source is one of the areas of technological innovation, which can be implemented in the transport sector. To evaluate the power plant on hydrogen fuel design an experiment was carried out, the key pint of which is to install on the urban trolleybus on-board motion parameters recorder. The obtained data was analyzed in terms of the necessary power of electrochemical conversion devices of hydrogen (fuel cells), taking into account their efficiency, driving dynamics of the transport unit and other factors. The necessity of combined power plant design based on fuel cells as a power source is proved. The artificial neural network is intended to control motor speed of belt-conveyor weighers and the separator of the cement milling unit intended for the production of three-component cement of various grades. The developed neural network is designed to solve the problem with an appreciable error in the output quantity of cement in comparison with the set capacity; in addition, there is a task of increasing the control system performance and increasing its fault tolerance. The control system uses a two-layer unidirectional network with a sigmoidal function of activating the neurons of the hidden layer and a linear function of activating the neurons of the output layer. The network was trained on 50 examples within 120 epochs. The neural network is developed in the Matlab environment using the Matlab Neural Network Toolbox application. To forecast this issue, it is proposed to develop a simulation model of salt reserves depletion in AnyLogic software package which takes into account factors that affect this depletion. With the help of these factors, it is possible to simulate the process of salt extraction with the display of depletion dynamics of these reserves in tabular and graphical form over the years, and also see how along with this parameter the well productivity, the number of commissioned wells, the number of conserved wells and other important parameters would change. Based on the initial data and derived mathematical dependencies, the remaining salt reserves and the number of working and conserved wells for 40 years were predicted. To solve the task stated the authors have elaborated the method of signal forming and its demodulation. The supercycle signal, cycle signal, timing signal, and the information signal, itself, are separated from the abovementioned formed signal.
