Abstract
A new integrated circuit (IC) MH2XA010-05, implemented on the structured array (SA) MH2XA010, is considered. It is intended for analog processing of signals of piezoelectric transducers in the system of measuring the gas flow temperature of jet engines by acoustic methods. The electric circuit of the IC is given; the features of functioning and experimental results of measurements of the basic parameters are described.
