That is, all parties involved in exchange relationships are economic and social actors. This emphasizes that the context of value cocreation is networks of networks (resource integrators). However, applied research to date suggests relatively little is known about the related discussions carried out for and against the emerging government service market such as Customs container inspection context through the lens of service-dominant logic and systems. In this article, we explore how the resource integrators cocreate value closely under the rubric of S-D logic and systems, and further propose a conceptual model for deeply understanding the roles of focal actors and others in a service ecosystem. Based on two selected cases, we examine the appropriateness of the framework under a real service ecosystem context - Chinese Customs container inspection industry, highlight the value co-creation networks through multiple-level resource integrators and thus provide new insights into S-D logic. Directions for future work are also discussed.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127973310","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While knowledge on the mechanisms behind the modeling of the noise produced by vehicles in the urban environment is growing, its perception by the driver remains relatively unexplored. In this study is defined a methodology, that allows to identify road bumps and potholes through sound level and simultaneous geolocation of vehicle tracks, is defined. The methodology has been applied on a test site characterized by the presence of a series of road speed bumps geometrically precisely defined. A series of experiments on the circuit test have been carried out with different sound level meter instrumentations synchronized with a GPS device. All experiments have been replicated on two different types of vehicle. All data acquired by the devices and loaded on a geographic information system have been processed for the validation of the methodology. This methodology uses a simple and widespread instrumentation and unlike other methodologies, it does not need specific instruments which must be specifically positioned in the vehicle. In fact, this methodology was applied just by using the built-in microphone of the most common world smartphones market.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121320124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Customer co-created value defined by the help of literature research in non-trading virtual community. And Literature research and qualitative research of focus group interview were applied to determine the dimensions of customer co-created value, including pragmatic value and hedonic value. Empirical research of structural equation model was applied to analyze the relationship between co-creation customer experience, customer co-created value and behavioral intention. The results show that the two dimensions of co-creation customer experience, emotional experience and relationship experience all have significantly positive impact on pragmatic value and hedonic value; pragmatic value and hedonic value all have significantly positive impact on word-of-mouth and repeated use intention, and the impact of hedonic value is more significant. The conclusion of the paper can not only help researchers to study intensively about the theory of effect factors of customer co-created value, but also make community enterprises understand customers better and improve their online services.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132408590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The latest economic research result shows that human beings have a variety of preferences like selfishness and altruism. Based on the views of biogenetics, the various kinds of human preferences can be the result of the corresponding preference genes in the living being. The supply chain knowledge sharing preference space model is thus constructed, as well as the zero function of preferences of the member enterprises, and the preference distribution in different dimensionalities is researched to obtain the k value which can depict different preferences, with its meanings in economics and its inspiration to the supply chain knowledge sharing management discussed.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131066933","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To investigate and contrast the effects of personal and interpersonal influence on private information diffusion for different levels of privacy concern of users, we establish a survival analysis model and examine influence factors, including micro-blog features, user features, and social network features. The findings indicate that these three types of factors are very important and have a significant impact on the diffusion time of private information, especially the social network features. The influence factors differ for users with different levels of privacy concern. There exists a budget demand for each temporal slot, which can not be known exactly by the advertiser due to some uncertainties in the search marketing environments. The estimation of the value range of budget demand in a temporal slot seriously affects the advertising performance. In this paper we study the effect of the value range on the revenue and conduct some experiments to validate our model and identified properties with the real-world data collected from practical advertising campaigns. Experimental results show that, under a certain condition, (a) the higher estimation of the upper bound and the lower bound might increase the expected revenue, and (b) the expected revenue is positively proportional to the mean value of the value range and is negatively proportional to the size.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114191427","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
