By using descriptive qualitative method, interview and deep observation, this research will review in depth various data and information that urgen and related. Madrasah Diniyah Roudlotul Muttaqin is an Islamic educational institution that was founded in the 1970s. Additionally, the Madrasah is one of most influenced islamic education in Dero area. Madrasah Roudlotul Muttaqin is  an education that focuses on learning Islam and morality. With more than 150 students, in this pandemic situation, the Madrasa is one of the concerns of the village government when carrying out the learning process that causes crowds. The various efforts made by administrators and clerics to make learning at Madrasah Didiyyah include: 1. utilizing and maximizing the online system 2. learning by implementing health protocols and 3. praying and praying to ask for Allah's protection to avoid the covid-19 outbreak. One of the institutional organizations having a duty to develop education is an educational institution. An educational institution will be able to advance its institution if it is handled by a professional leader. A leader who becomes the pinnacle of an organization or institution can never be separated from leadership and management. Many people think that leadership and management are the same thing. In fact, have different roles. Therefore, it is necessary to study leadership and management, so that the difference between them is clear. The purpose of this study is to define between leadership and managerial in Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this research is library research. Data and data sources come from the study of books, journals, websites, and other relevant documents and can be used as references in this study. The data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis and content analysis. The result of this research is that leadership is an effort to direct, motivate, guide, and overcome problems in the process of achieving organizational goals together. Management is the process of utilizing the resources owned by the organization to achieve the goals carried out through planning, organizing, directing and controlling. Leaders and managers are different things even though they both play an important role in achieving organizational goals. The leader as a determinant of the vision and mission in the organization, determines the direction and reviews the general picture. Pembelajaran al-Quran dengan menggunkan metode yang baik tentu akan dapat memberikan hasil yang baik pula dalam meningkatkan mutu generasi al-Qur’an serta pendidikan al-Qur’an. Pembelajaran al-Qur’an yang menggunakan metode yanbu'a bisa dijadikan solusi untuk mengatasi problem penuruan kualitas generasi al-Qur’an. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian validitas data dilaksanakan dengan cara menerapkan teknik triangulasi. The research method used was qualitative research with a case study. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation. For data analysis, there were two stages utilized, namely data reduction, and data presentation. The findings of this study showed that the implementation of online learning was by utilizing the WhatsApp application because it is considered to be more universal and straightforward. Thus, children aged 8 to 10 years old in Sidoarjo could learn online. In addition, Google Classroom was employed for exercises or exams. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. While the objects in this study were the chairman of the assembly, ustadzah and 5 elderly people at the Ta'lim Council of Nur Hasanah Sawojajar Malang. The selection of the Ta'lim Council of Nur Hasanah Sawojajar Malang as a research site was based on the lack of people who no longer studied the Qur'an, but it turned out that there were still elderly people who had various limitations starting to study the Qur'an. With these limitations, the researcher wants to know the efforts of the cleric in motivating the elderly to continue to be istiqomah in studying the Qur'an. Data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and making conclusions. The results showed that: the efforts given by the cleric were: 1). Awakening the interest of the elderly to return to reading the Qur'an, 2). Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, and 3). This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. This research uses quantitative research method by collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 300 students. The result of the questionnaire is then analyzed to gain the correlation value to find relationships between variables followed by looking for regression values to determine the influence of one variable on another. To determine the value of validity and reliability, the Pearson Correlation Product Moment formula and Alpha-Cronbach formula are used. Based on the results of the data analysis technique using simple linear regression, between the independent (internet services) and the dependent variable (services in the library) has a correlation value (R2) of 25.5% which means that there is a positive correlation (interrelated between one variable and one variable). other). Briefly, it can be concluded that internet services have a correlation with access to library services and an important role in supporting student learning activities.
