To do so we aim to recollect critically the insufficiencies of psychoanalysis and as far as possible Husserl stands towards the problem disposed along Foucault’s texts on the matter, so as the human being bringing some Binswanger’s commenters as well, whose lines are used by the French philosopher to criticize psychoanalysis. Para isso, efetua-se uma análise dividida em duas partes, na qual se avaliará, num primeiro momento, o conceito de fim terminal na filosofia kantiana e suas correlações nos âmbitos do progresso do gênero humano e sua consequente dignidade; e, num segundo momento, o papel do homem enquanto sujeito moral atuante na formação de uma comunidade civil capaz de administrar o direito e seus decorrentes no pensamento do direito público kantiano. Para tanto recorre à própria abordagem, enquanto metodologia de estudo, e aos trabalhos de Foucault (1999, 2001, 2008), de Palomo (2001), de Carlos (2017, 2021) e de outros como parâmetros que orientam a problematização sobre o signo, identificado como o ser da linguagem, suas possibilidades de uso e de funções enunciativas, assim como objetiva remexer alguns fios teóricos que tecem a trama de saberes que envolvem a perspectiva da AAD no que diz respeito à relação entre o signo, o discurso e o enunciado, cujo nexo entre os termos é tratado de maneira diferente pela AAD, quando se compara ao modo corrente que circula no âmbito do domínio das ciências sociais e humanas. To this end, the first part of this paper will look at Adorno and Horkheimer’s reading of modernity, touching on how instrumental reasoning can lend itself to barbarism, along with an exposition of Adorno’s analysis of the culture industry. The second part will present decolonial theory, its critique of European modernity and, particularly, its focus on neo-imperialism. This theory will then be put alongside critical theory, analyzing their differences concerning racial issues and how their critique of capitalism may represent a meeting point between the two theories. The discussions discussed above continued in the academy based on the reflections entitled “Process of reforming the teaching of Philosophy in Angola: some epistemological and methodical aspects”, and as a response, the article by Professor Muanamoni Matumona “The teaching of Philosophy in Angola” appeared. It was an imperative need to develop reforms in the teaching of philosophy due to the spirit of social changes existing in the country. This meant the restructuring and construction of a new model and paradigm of education and teaching, in which Philosophy was integrated. Our analysis focuses on understanding the reform process at three crucial moments: The teaching of philosophy in the post-colonial era and the current moment. This way of thinking is reflected in all dimensions of human life, with particular mention of how education, politics, law, and justice are viewed as conditions for achieving a more dignified humanity. Hence, in this sense of philosophizing about our reality, we have proposed the challenge of (re) thinking our (Angolan) society from the perspective of \"Sacred Hope\" reflected in education. The reflection starts from the question: how to rethink, philosophically, our Angolan society from the \"Sacred Hope,\" whose content is reflected in education? It is a question that fundamentally raises the discussion about the educational possibilities for realizing the individual in the Angolan context, characterized by levels of illiteracy and widespread poverty. This situation leads us to resort to the \"Sacred Hope\" which, in the circumstances in which it was born, as a thought-out ideal, represented the dream of achieving a different and dignified condition of life for the Angolan person, to, as a Philosophy, understood as a new perspective of life grounded in the light of reason, and question its reach in the present. Such a problem consists of how we can justify the application of a reprobative retributive damage to a transgressive agent by the State. To this end, I will focus on the work Metaphysics of customs and some commentator texts on the work and the subject. The analysis aims to highlight the contribution made by Kant to the problem of the justification of punishment, in addition to assessing the positive and negative points of considering the philosopher's response. At first, the problem of punishment will be exposed, followed by the justification proposal presented by Kant. In the third part of the study, we will highlight some positive points found in the Kantian proposal followed, evidently, by the highlight of the negative points of this proposal. Nosso objetivo é apresentar as bases norteadoras de uma pesquisa intitulada “Foucault e o governo da vontade”. Trata-se de delinear o campo de trabalho e defender a pertinência de seus resultados, à luz da genealogia da subjetividade de Foucault. Para tanto, em primeiro lugar, enfoca aspectos gerais da teoria althusseriana que sustentam a sua compreensão do Estado como instrumento de dominação de classe. Em seguida, analisa a teoria althusseriana dos “aparelhos ideológicos de Estado” para, a partir dela, abordar o direito como “aparelho de Estado”. En la primera parte del trabajo me aboco a tratar de explicar en qué consiste concretamente la utilidad del concepto de tiempo. Acto seguido, conecto mis observaciones con un pronunciamiento particularmente relevante e importante del Tractatus, referente a que la muerte no es una vivencia. De manera general, mi punto de vista es que el “tiempo” es ante todo un concepto organizativo, clasificatorio, etc. (como “espacio”), es decir, sirve para poner orden en nuestras experiencias, puesto que permite coordinar el orden o la secuencia de los acontecimientos con mi subjetividad, es decir, con mi perspectiva particular de la realidad. El concepto de tiempo integra lo que a menudo es descrito como “tiempo mental” y como “tiempo físico” o, como en el caso de Wittgenstein, como el “tiempo de la información” y el “tiempo del recuerdo”. Con base en esta dicotomía examino críticamente la concepción sustancialista del tiempo, la cual hace del ‘tiempo’ un nombre, y que desde mi perspectiva queda refutada.
