The Bantu languages are the only means of expressing art in Angola. Therefore, there is no art without Angolan languages. In a country where the state imposes the deprivation of the public or private use of local languages as fundamental rights of people, one cannot speak of Angolan art, since only through these languages can the artist express the cultural, political and artistic values of the Peoples of Angola. Bantu languages occupy the last position with a deprecated language dimension. Thus, it is the purpose of this text to analyze the extent to which the Bantu languages of Angola express all the rationality of the people who speak them. This communication is therefore the result of my experiences in courts and schools in rural communities. In courts, I have attended certain trial sessions where the judge who speaks in good Portuguese is not understood by the accused and the witness who speak in any Bantu language. It was found that the large urban centers, considered civilized societies, which dominate the cultured norm and have a considerable number of police, guards in backyards, record more and more different criminal actions in relation to rural communities, where there are no police. These disparate facts are due to the ethical and moral values imbued in the languages of each community.","PeriodicalId":145419,"journal":{"name":"Revista Ágora Filosófica","volume":"14 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141105408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It emphasizes the urgent need to implement Philosophy courses to educate academically prepared professionals. Under the auspices of contemporary philosophers such as Imbamba, Valentim, Pondé, and others, this article argues that, despite utilitarian societies, Philosophy provides crucial skills such as critical and argumentative thinking, essential for shaping reflective citizens. It is imperative to analyze the relevance of teaching Philosophy in Angolan institutions, considering the challenges faced by teachers. Furthermore, the teaching of Philosophy is not an academic luxury but a crucial necessity for the intellectual and ethical development of all citizens. The importance of Philosophy as a discipline dedicated to promoting essential skills, such as analysis, criticism, and argumentation, crucial for democratic societies, should be highlighted. In the face of the devaluation of the Humanities, especially Philosophy, it is opportune to appeal to public administrators to humanize Angola by integrating humanistic courses into curricula, aiming to educate not only qualified professionals but also conscious and engaged citizens. Philosophy, ipso facto, is presented as a possible \"salvation\" for the new youth, providing a space for existential questioning amidst an educational system often marked by commercialism and a lack of academic merit.","PeriodicalId":145419,"journal":{"name":"Revista Ágora Filosófica","volume":"24 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141105022","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There has been greater sensitivity towards the environment and ethical proposals have been adopted to deal with this emergency, but the trend has not yet been reversed or changed. Nature continues to be treated as a res nullius and the effects of this trend are increasingly jeopardising the environment. It is therefore urgent to reflect on the crisis threatening the planet and re-establish the conditions for the survival of our \"common home\". Such a proposed solution may be possible with an ethical stance, i.e. by realising that every living being needs the vital conditions of a healthy environment. Ethical reflection as a proposed solution to the ecological crisis is justified by the fact that the context of interdependence between organisms and the habitat in which they find themselves, imposes rules that create a sense of belonging from which obligations and duties derive, and creates the awareness that what contributes to the preservation, integrity, stability, beauty and balance of the planet is just and good","PeriodicalId":145419,"journal":{"name":"Revista Ágora Filosófica","volume":"28 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141106415","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this, through two sections we develop an argument that considers reality as always being mediated by language and we also emphasize how the category of discourse is understood as a privileged space in which the processes of meaning of this same reality take place. This approach is part of a sometimes heteroclite theoretical framework, which approximates philosophical contributions considered, in general, as poststructuralists and postfoundationalists, provoking us to think that, in the impossibility of being a fundamental thought, philosophy becomes an intrinsically political thought.","PeriodicalId":145419,"journal":{"name":"Revista Ágora Filosófica","volume":" 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139622850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We sought to establish it under dialectical support, with polysemic references, however, without incurring eclecticism. It is organized into two parts, one that deals more comprehensively with the concept of Science. It synthetically covers the history of the constitution of Sciences and their processes of differentiation from Philosophy, which resulted in relatively autonomous statutes. The concepts of Truth and Objectivity are analyzed to support the construction of the meaning exposed for Science(s). The specific issue of scientific status for Education and its implications makes up the second half of the article, seeking to bring elements that demonstrate the scientific constitution of the academic discipline.","PeriodicalId":145419,"journal":{"name":"Revista Ágora Filosófica","volume":" 38","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139621138","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its motivation is due to the philosophical relevance that both the author and the topic represent in the framework of the philosophical renewal of his time and nowadays. With this central intention, this work seeks to disclose, in an explanatory way, all logical chains of the proposed Kantian thinking, to facilitate its understanding. The content was exposed based on a hermeneutic analysis of the book Critique of the Power of Judgment. As a result of the research, an excellent logical link was observed in the author's argument, defending the thinking about the judgment of taste and an expert work of conceptualization regarding beauty, pleasant and good. This research concludes by revealing that many of the aesthetic relations presented can be associated to both the faculty of thinking and the feeling developed between object and subject; thus, making it possible the advance of the research to a more comprehensive topic.","PeriodicalId":145419,"journal":{"name":"Revista Ágora Filosófica","volume":" 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139621589","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its problematic issue is anomie and the challenges arising from it. Since this is a problem that goes beyond Brazilian law, support was sought in a study carried out in Germany, where the lack of specific norms to protect workers has also led researchers to carry out a new interpretation of existing legislation, observing the peculiarities of labor relations and the impact of the new technology. When interpreting existing norms in Brazilian law, it was found that the General Data Protection Law provides general protection instruments for workers. For the collective protection of workers, the existing norms in Brazilian law still need to be advanced, allowing an effective protection of their rights.","PeriodicalId":145419,"journal":{"name":"Revista Ágora Filosófica","volume":" 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139622245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
