The quality of vehicle management algorithms, being a function of parameters of network operation, is measured as a time of waiting for a vehicle at a station. Recharging of vehicles creates additional factor which influences the quality of network behaviour. Previous papers analyse energy constraints in small ATN systems, with charging in capacitors or in stations. We propose a systematic analysis of ATN behaviour with energy constraints: more benchmarks are analysed and more charging manners are tested, including contactless power supply on the track. Some anomalies in network operation, resulting in rise of waiting time for cases with better charging possibility, are discussed.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"131 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127587115","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As reference points geodetic control networks of 2nd and 3rd class were used. Comparing the normal heights H determined on the basis of precise levelling and GNSS measurement using the quasigeoid models, it was found that not all provided models meet the accuracy requirements set by the current provisions of law. The elevation survey using the GNSS method must therefore be preceded by the receiver's vertical calibration or usage of the verified quasi-geoid model. This approach can be implemented directly during field measurement using the functions of GNSS receiver or in the office with computer software.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125255842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A mathematical model of the Babica river catchment was made in the HEC-HMS program. The SCS method was used. The outflow from the basin was analysed for waters with a specified probability of exceedance for the adopted synthetic hietogram for rainfall with a probability of exceeding p = 10 %, p = 1 % and p = 0.2 %. To determine the maximum amount of rainfall in the assumed calculation time, formula of Institute of Meteorology and Water Management for the analysed area was used. The calculations took into account the impact of climate change on the amount of precipitation in the perspective of 2050 - A1B scenario was used.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"78 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120843010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This contribution is aimed at evaluation of GNSS-based patch detection for different elevation mask. The extraction of patch signatures from geometry-free GNSS observables is performed with iterative fitting of 4- degree polynomial corresponding to the background slant total electron content (STEC) variations. For the testing purpose we selected two days: 9th and 15th March 2012. In order to obtain the point maps of relative STEC values, the data from a few tens of stations located at northern high latitudes were processed. The derived results confirmed that the proposed indicator allows the efficient detection of polar patches. However, the full view of their convection is limited by land mass configuration. The application of low elevation mask ensures better coverage of analysed area by GNSS data.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126691323","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An analysis of the provisions of legal acts has been carried out, and legal requirements in this area have been identified. As at December 31, 2017, 33 Cultural Parks have been established in Poland. All of these objects have been analysed in terms of their compliance with the requirements for the adoption of local spatial management plan. Using databases of spatial objects, and with several GIS tools, an analysis of the spatial distribution of Cultural Parks in the provinces and throughout Poland was also carried out. The conclusions from the conducted research indicated a large diversity in terms of meeting statutory requirements, both in terms of adopting plans and their provisions regarding Cultural Parks.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131449192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the presented paper, the data from two GNSS stations were used. Seven-day-long observational files were used. The Single Point Positioning method was used, along with proprietary software to compute coordinates. The test was divided into four parts. In the first test, only GPS was used to obtain position. In second part, a combination of GPS and Galileo was used. Next, a combination of GPS and the BDS and, finally, a combination of all three systems was used. The obtained results show that the combination of GPS and BDS allows more precise results to be obtained than if only GPS was used. For the GPS and Galileo combination, the precision was similar or worse than for GPS only. The combination of all three systems allows the most precise position to be obtained.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131458260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The algorithms take account of the dynamically varying impacts of external forces (wind and surface current) on the vessel's motion. Feedback loops enable the counteraction of external factors that cause disturbance to the desired trajectory. The sensors installed on the vessel provide information about the surroundings and adjust the parameters of its motion to provide optimum completion of the planned trajectory and to prevent collisions with fixed and moving obstacles. The nature of the hydrographic work planned to be carried out by the craft requires that it be designed with the following features: shallow draft, high stability, the absence of interference of the measurement sensors by the engine, and high energy efficiency. These features will give a competitive advantage over similar platforms available on the market.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133377224","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Today, two basically different approaches have been developed to this task: a global congruency test which employs least squares estimation and a robust approach which employs robust M-estimation. The global congruency test is more widely accepted. However, a rigorous algorithm of global congruency test is not easy to use and its simplified form is often used in practice. Of course, such simplified algorithm is not rigorous and does not give optimal results. This paper presents a rigorous and, at the same time, a user-friendly algorithm. The idea behind this algorithm comes from the theory of generalized likelihood ratio testing which is today widely used in mathematical statistics. The rigorousness of the presented algorithm was proved on a simple simulated geodetic network.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"44 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134594850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the following manuscript, a case of a soil-shell bridge deformation over time was taken into account. The bridge has a record breaking span for its technology which equals almost 26 meters. To obtain spatial data, a laser scanning technology was used. Technology is based on measurements conducted by light rays where huge amount of data could be acquired in a relatively short time. Obtained results enable to track and document the spatial response of the structure during the time changes with high accuracy and precision. In addition, to increase the accuracy of the data, the Leica Nova TM 50 tachymeter was used.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115496077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The new point stabilization system is realized by ground screws. The design of stabilization should be applied in the creation of the setting out network for line construction. Verification of the stability was performed at 9-point local spatial micronetwork. Stability of network points was verified by 4-stage measurements in the period from November 2016 to November 2017. The average planimetric standard deviation of the points is 0.2 mm. The positioning allowable deviation is 1.6 mm. The height shift allowable deviation is 0.7 mm. No shift occurred at any point beyond the allowable deviation. The newly designed way of point stabilization is sufficiently stable and guarantees high precision in setting out networks.","PeriodicalId":145350,"journal":{"name":"2018 Baltic Geodetic Congress (BGC Geomatics)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124501971","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
