It is a qualitative and quantitative exploration offering to clinician the possibility to track the cardiac function. This study proposes a method of segmentation to delimit the left ventricle based on adaptive diffusion flow algorithm. To validate our results, an experimental study is carried out on 50 radionuclide ventriculography sequence of 50 patients (each sequence spans one heart cycle) visually analyzed by an expert. Then, statistical study is carried out in order to evaluate the results by comparing our method to a morphological based segmentation. In addition, all-optical wavelength conversion is required to reduce network latency and energy consumption. In this paper, we exploit the modulation and polarization transparency features of the semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs) in order to build a photonics-based wavelength converter for single and super-channel quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK)-PDM signals. An experimental demonstration is conducted and high transmission speeds are achieved including 18-, 20-, and 25-Gbaud. This paper proposes and evaluates a Received Signal Strength-based localization using the Dynamic Cell Structures Neural Networks algorithm by comparing its performance with Multi Layers Perceptron Neural Network. In order to meet the continuous requirements of 5G applications, the antenna arrays are extensively used in order to meet these challenges for efficient communication. Phased array antennas rely on providing phase shift to each antenna element using electronic phase shifters. These phase shifters depend on their turn on delaying RF signal by a specified amount. The bandwidth and noise limitation of such signals require multiple phase shifters for different frequencies. This technique is also suitable for photonic applications. Recent introduction of microwave photonics made it possible to obtain phase delay in a very wide bandwidth. The phase array antenna is a set of two or more antennas in which the signal from each array is combined or processed to achieve maximum and enhanced performance better than that of a single antenna. That phased array is not only used to optimize the signal interference and the arrival direction of the received signal, but also to steer the array angle and to achieve maximum gain, directivity and interference cancellation from a particular direction, and thus the overall directivity. Furthermore, this arrangement provided MIMO reception. In this paper, there is an investigation of the uniform linear array antenna and its equivalent radiation pattern is presented. Unfortunately, FBMC architecture has a complex structure; a large number of multipliers, adders, and subtractors are needed to implement fast fourier transform (FFT) and finite impulse response (FIR) components, which causes a high-power consumption and reduce the speed of the entire system especially in case of a large number of subscribers. This paper presents a complete design and implementation of a proposed low power FBMC transceiver architecture for a different number of multi-users or subscribers. The suggested method aims to reduce power consumption and area resources through reducing the complexity of the FFT (2n Points) processor by using a feedback loop with a (n) points FFT core. Also, the design of FIR filters is based on distributed arithmetic (DA) algorithm in which all multiplications and additions are replaced by a table and a shifter. The design and implementation are done using a Xilinx system generator tool and spartan-6 field programmable gate array (FPGA) board. In 2015, the highest impaired driving rates were reported in the Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan and Yukon. In Saskatchewan, there were 575 incidents per 100,000 of the population, which is almost twice as high as Alberta’s. Even with the preventive measures like advertising and campaigning about drunk driving and its consequences, it is not much help in reducing these accidents. Problem with the existing system is that the number of patrol officers is very less in comparison to the vehicles on the road. So it is challenging to detect an impaired driver on the road. It is required to build an intelligent car system that detects impaired driving and warns the driver. The proposed system can be installed in a moving vehicle to detect the alertness of the driver and, when necessary, this system can inform the emergency services to save the lives on the road. This research involved proposing and implementing a solution based on the iris detection mechanism to detect and notify the driver when impaired driving is detected. The implementation will not only help in saving thousands of lives lost in road mishaps but also in saving public property. This paper proposes a Large Anti-Jamming Cooperation scheme, in which, several anti-jammers are considered to help a secondary user sending signal to the receiver side in the presence of smart jamming attacks. A hierarchical behavior among players is considered to derive the Stackelberg Equilibrium (SE) closed form. At SE, we proved that on the transmitter side, the cumulative attacks are perceived as a single attack from the jammer that has the highest Jamming Efficiency Ratio, likewise, the cumulative anti-attacks are observed as a single reaction from the anti-jammer having the highest Cooperation Efficiency Ratio. On the other hand, anti-jammers that share the highest ratio are active and cooperate with each other while the remaining anti-jammers are inactive. Yet as the ICS environment evolves and becomes ever more connected, an increasing number of devices are now exposed on the Internet, and the attacking surface and risk increase as well, an attacker who finds an ICS device can cause severe damage to real world easily. In this paper, we deploy high-interaction honeypots using real devices on the Internet to find who is searching the exposed ICS devices and study the discrepancies between different scanners. To gain a more accurate and bigger landscape, instead of performing our own large scale scanning world wide, we provide a survey of ICS devices on the Internet based on historical data collected from multiple data sources. By aggregating and analyzing, we are able to find an even greater number of both ICS devices and honeypots on the Internet compared with any single search engine. The relay is assumed to have a rechargeable battery with a limited amount of remaining energy that is used for harvesting energy from the signal transmitted by the source. Analytical expressions for delay-limited and delay-tolerant throughputs are derived.
