Meng, Hui Chen, Jian-ping Tan, Yinglin Liu, Rui Zhang","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1007-1245.2014.23.001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1007-1245.2014.23.001","url":null,"abstract":"Objective To discuss the clinical value of fetal fibronectin when predicting the first-trimester fatal loss in recurrent miscarriage.Methods We measured fetal fibronectin concentrations in cervical and vaginal secretions in 84 cases of recurrent miscarriage admitted in our hospital from 2008 to 2011 as observation group.And we also tested it in 31 uncomplicated pregnant women.Tests were given in first-trimester.Age and previous miscarriage number were also compared.Follow-up was given till 14 weeks of pregnancy.Results In observation group,57.14% of patients were tested by positive fFN results,while in control group,the percentage reduced to 12.90%.It had statistical significant difference (P < 0.01).In positive fFN patients,29.17% leaded to fatal loss in observation group,while 8.33% in control group (P < 0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy for predicting miscarriage by fFN test in recurrent miscarriage in first-trimester were 82.35% and 49.25%.Positive fFN could be found more in women over 35 years old and in women under age of 35 years.Conclusion The presence of cervicovaginal fetal fibronectin in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy identifies a subgroup of women who are at high risk of recurrent miscarriage.The measure of cervical fetal fibronectin had great sensitivity in first-trimester to predict the fatal loss,particularly for women aged over 35 years. \u0000 \u0000Key words: \u0000Fetal fibronectin; Recurrent spontaneous abortion; Early pregnancy","PeriodicalId":14405,"journal":{"name":"国际医药卫生导报","volume":"20 1","pages":"3505-3508"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69926543","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Lan","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1007-1245.2014.23.005","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1007-1245.2014.23.005","url":null,"abstract":"Objective To explore the combinatorial diagnostic value of Decoy receptor 3 (DcR3),B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in bladder cancer tissues.Methods Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was performed to detect the expression of DcR3,Bcl-2 and PCNA in 224 cases bladder cancer tissues and 56 cases normal bladder tissues.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was applied to analyze the clinicopathological diagnostic value of the aforementioned 3 biomarkers individually or combinatorially.Results The expressions of DcR3,Bcl-2 and PCNA in bladder cancer were significantly higher than those in normal control (all P < 0.05).The DcR3 level had positive correlations with pathological stages,invasion,lymphatic metastasis and recurrence (all P < 0.05).The expression of Bcl-2 was related to lymphatic metastasis in bladder cancer (P < 0.05).The expression of PCNA had a correlation with pathological stage and lymphatic metastasis (both P < 0.05).DcR3 expression level was associated with that of Bcl-2 and PCNA,whereas Bcl-2 also had consistent correlation with PCNA (P < 0.05).The areas under the curve (AUCs) of DcR3,Bcl-2 and PCNA were higher than the individual level of each marker.The combination of DcR3+PCNA,Bcl-2+PCNA and DcR3+Bcl-2+PCNA offered higher sensitive values than single marker.The highest sensitive value was 0.830,produced by the combination of DcR3+Bcl-2+PCNA.The combination of DcR3+PCNA (100%),Bcl-2+PCNA (96.2%) and DcR3+Bcl-2+PCNA (100%) had higher positive predictive values than single markers.Conclusion Combined detection by immunohistochemistry of DcR3,Bcl-2 and PCNA could noticeably improve the sensitivity and positive predictive values in the diagnosis of bladder cancer,which is superior to individual marker. \u0000 \u0000Key words: \u0000Bladder cancer; Decoy receptor 3; B-cell lymphoma-2; Proliferating cell nuclear antigen; Immunohistochemistry; Receiver operating characteristic curve","PeriodicalId":14405,"journal":{"name":"国际医药卫生导报","volume":"20 1","pages":"3520-3525"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69926631","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Yi, Guang-qing Liu","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1007-1245.2014.23.042","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1007-1245.2014.23.042","url":null,"abstract":"Objective To investigate the nursing of anxiety and radiation reaction degree of radiation treatments in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients at the late period.Methods 68 patients pathologically diagnosed as NPC who received radiotherapy for about six weeks,used the application of self design as <the survey of patients with systemic and local reactions in late radiation therapy > and symptoms of anxiety scale test (SAS) to analyze the questions and seek evidence nursing intervention,according to the individual problems.Results The problems of patients were as follows:① dizziness,fatigue,how to conduct anti-fall care? ② Oral mucosal inflammation and ulcerative reaction,how to effectively prevent and reduce oral mucosa reaction and oral fungal infection? ③ Producing negative reaction,such as different degrees of anxiety,how to carry out psychological intervention?
