Considering the fundamental issues of resource allocation, we propose a new resource allocation model. In the proposed model, we first involve the social distance parameter to evaluate the relationship between the difference users in the same service requirement set. Then we propose an optimization model to solve the bandwidth problem for each user in a link. The optimization model takes account of a utility function with the social distance function. As an objective function, the utility function can describe the link efficiency perfectly. We finally solve this optimization model by the genetic algorithm. Then we will assess the performance of our method. According to the simulation results, our model can obtain allocate a bandwidth for each user with a high utility.","PeriodicalId":143221,"journal":{"name":"The 2014 2nd International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 2014)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115490499","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By using delta operator approach, a new system model is proposed. For a given packet loss rate, the filtering error system is modeled as an asynchronous dynamic system. Sufficient conditions are obtained to illustrate stability of the desired filtering error system in the form of a number of some linear matrix inequalities, method of designing H-infinity filter is also given. The obtained control results are relatively well when PID controller is applied, but the design parameters are not absolutely precise and sensitive to the changes of system parameters. The PID controller is used to control the frequency of three-phase PWM (parallel pulses width modulation) inverter, but the overshot values of output voltage are often too high, so the selection of the controller parameters is difficult. This paper proposes the use of fractional-order PIλ Dμ controller instead of using the conventional PID controller. When using the fractional-order PIλ Dμ controller, the quality control of the system becomes much easier and brings efficient results superior in using conventional PID controller. The results of this paper are clearly shown in the simulation results of the system.","PeriodicalId":143221,"journal":{"name":"The 2014 2nd International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 2014)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116927750","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The slow and fast subsystems are considered to be completely controllable and observable. Based on the H∞ optimization criteria, a two-stage design procedure is developed using separate gain matrices for the fast and slow subsystems and computed using linear matrix inequalities. A composite control is designed to yield first-order approximations to the behavior of the discrete system. Only calculating and triangulating surface atoms can not only improve computational efficiency significantly, but also achieve better real-time property. Moreover, we improve the triangular method of convex spherical patches by using intermediate results of Contour-Buildup algorithm. Consequently, saddle patches and convex spherical patches can be connected seamlessly. As a result, we can obtain a uniform and seamless triangular mesh for a protein molecule.","PeriodicalId":143221,"journal":{"name":"The 2014 2nd International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 2014)","volume":"191 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123003363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In most real cases, text classification is usually a multi-label learning task. Currently, there are three mainstream attribute measures (i.e., information gain, document frequency and chi-square test values) which are often used to describe documents. The three attribute measures have been applied successfully in some tasks for text classification, but the information that each attribute measure is to focus on is different. It's valuable to improve the prediction performance of text classification by designing ensemble methods to combine these measures. In this paper, we have proposed a novel ensemble multi-label learning method En-MLKNN based on the state-of-the-art multi-label learning method MLKNN for this task. In addition, in order to make better use of our approach, we have constructed a complete framework for text classification. Experiments on two classic datasets show that our En-MLKNN algorithm is superior to most state-of-the-art Multi-Label learning algorithms.","PeriodicalId":143221,"journal":{"name":"The 2014 2nd International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 2014)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129853032","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The current implementation of SCTP heavily leverages some existing mature techniques from TCP. This paper studies the effect that RTOmin (retransmission timeout minimum) has on the selective acknowledgement (SACK), fast retransmission, and timeout mechanisms. We show that there are optimization opportunities in the manipulation of RTOmin while not significantly affecting timeout values and number of fast retransmissions. We demonstrate that RTOmin plays a balancing role in the trigger of timeouts and fast retransmissions and conclude that a dynamically set RTOmin would yield significant time-to-complete (throughput) improvements for SCTP based applications.","PeriodicalId":143221,"journal":{"name":"The 2014 2nd International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 2014)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123998648","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
