Abstract

Information technology tool is very important for enterprises competition in the fierce market. In order to provide a powerful operation tool for enterprise, we create an integrated marketing information system. Firstly, we present the integrated framework of marketing information system. Then the whole creation processes about before-sale, in-sale and after-sale management of the integrated marketing information system are explained in detail. Finally, with the actual business background of certain company, the proposed system and method's validity and practicability are proved according to its effects on economic and social benefits.
