As we know that tuberculosis is a life threatening disease and second to HIV in terms of deaths due to infectious diseases. Drug resistance development of the first-line drugs is a most important concern in the cure of this disease. There is no comprehensive and critical review in the literature for the analytical and bioanalytical methods for the determination of ant-tubercular agents from last few years. So this work provides the detailed account on the chromatographic methods reported in the literature for the estimation of various ant-tubercular drugs.","PeriodicalId":14252,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of PharmTech Research","volume":"49 1","pages":"26-36"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86635963","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In present scenario, one has to perform a lot of research for the production of works relating with artificial intelligence. Basically, artificial intelligence is a huge group of skills from advanced machines used for finding the solutions of different fields i.e. in pharma fields or non-pharma fields. The problem of heart failure or heart attack is very big health issue which is assisted with more than 23 million peoples worldwide. Heart failure can be held due to the vasoconstriction or improper pumping mechanism of ventricles. Heart failure heart logic device is a new tsunami in the healthcare system for cardiac devices. This device is in two different forms which are as (ICD) implantable cardioverter defibrillator and other oneiscardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (CRT-D). Heart logic heart failure diagnostic device contains multiple sensors to track physiological functioning of the heart. There are Heart sound sensors which checks signs of elevated filling pressure and weakened ventricular contraction. There are also a sensor for checking pulmonary edema. Respiration sensor is used to monitor the rapid shallow breathing system which is associated with shortness of breath. Heart rate sensors check the heart rate and arrhythmia conditions. This device can predict heart failure events weeks before they happen. This artificial intelligence assisted device is showing the sensitivity in more than 70% of peoples to save the valuable lives of the human beings.","PeriodicalId":14252,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of PharmTech Research","volume":"12 1","pages":"217-222"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90203005","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Telmisartan, Cilnidipine and Chlorthalidone were resoluted on Sunsil C18 column (4.6mmx250mm; 5μm) using mobile phase containing Acetonitrile and Potassium dihydrogen phosphate in 50:50(v/v) ratio with flow rate of 1ml/min at 238 nm. Concentrations were linear over the range of 40-120 μg/ml for Telmisartan, 10-30 μg/ml for Cilnidipine and 6.25-18.75 μg/ml for Chlorthalidone. The percentage recovery was found to be 99.70-100.51% for Telmisartan, 98.41-100.49% for Cilnidipine and 99.34-100.48% for Chlorthalidone. % RSD for peak area was 0.069% for Telmisartan, 0.058% for Cilnidipine and 0.057% for Chlorthalidone shows that the proposed method is precise. Force-degradation studies have not shown any observable change in the results and hence the proposed method is stability indicating and hence the method is suitable for routine analysis of Telmisartan, Cilnidipine and Chlorthalidone in bulk and tablet dosage form.","PeriodicalId":14252,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of PharmTech Research","volume":"3 1","pages":"44-51"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87359547","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mupirocin entrapped niosomes were prepared by ether injection method and transmembrane pH gradient drug uptake process. Niosomes were prepared by altering the ratios between various non-ionic surfactants (span 80 & tween 80) whereas the concentration of cholesterol and drug was kept constant. The prepared niosomes were characterized for size, shape, entrapment efficiency, invitro drug release studies. The highest entrapment efficiency(99.17%) and drug release (96.14%) was obtained for tween 80 (1:5:5) prepared by transmembrane pH gradient method. The best formulation among the two techniques was selected for incorporated into gel formulation. The prepared niosomal gel and plain gel were subjected to evaluation studies like drug content, invitro drug diffusion studies. The studies were demonstrated that niosomal gel was shown beter pharmacological activity than the conventional mupirocin gel. Based on the results it was concluded that niosomal preparations offers more advantageous than the conventional preparations.","PeriodicalId":14252,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of PharmTech Research","volume":"26 1","pages":"7-17"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82937598","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
