The role of skin which are physical and immunological, supported by the microbial community that inhabits the skin. Skin microbiota contributes to barrier function by competing with pathogens and dealing with immune cells in the skin, to modulate local and systemic immune responses. Skin microbiota and immune mediators, for example complement system, have two-way interactions, and this shows that commensal microbes must be considered an important part of healthy skin. Many evidence shows that the composition of microbiota, especially in the intestines and also on the skin, can have a major influence on an individual's health. The influence of gut microbiota and its influence on the immune response has been widely studied, but the link of skin microbiota, immune response and certain skin diseases has not been widely discussed in the literature. Skin microbiota is expected to be affected in certain dermatological conditions, such as in psoriasis and in atopic dermatitis, which further shows the importance of the skin microbial community for human health. Understanding of skin microbiota role in pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis is still needed.","PeriodicalId":14252,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of PharmTech Research","volume":"39 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76405633","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These mixes lead to progress of clinical and research facility parameters, however their moderate beginning of activity recognizes them from glucocorticoids and nonsteroidal mitigating operators. Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine increment pH inside intracellular vacuoles and adjust procedures, for example, protein corruption by acidic hydrolases in the lysosome, get together of macromolecules in the endosomes, and posttranslation change of proteins in the Golgi mechanical assembly. It is suggested that the antirheumatic properties of these mixes results from their obstruction with \"antigen preparing\" in macrophages and other antigen-introducing cells. Acidic cytoplasmic compartments are required for the antigenic protein to be processed and for the peptides to collect with the alpha and beta chains of MHC class II proteins. Thus, antimalarials reduce the arrangement of peptide-MHC protein edifices required to animate CD4+ T cells and result in down-guideline of the safe reaction against autoantigenic peptides. Since this system varies from other antirheumatic drugs, antimalarials are appropriate to supplement these different mixes in blend medicate treatment[1].","PeriodicalId":14252,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of PharmTech Research","volume":"44 1","pages":"305-308"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91227474","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It may be difficult to differentiate SPD from Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis (AGEP) and Generalized Pustular Psoriasis (GPP)just from clinical appeareance. A 48 years old woman with subcorneal pustular dermatosis was reported. She was complained there were tiny blisters containing pus on the reddish patches that felt burning and became widespread to neck, chest, abdomen, arms, groin and legs since 4 days ago. Patient had no history of skin lesion before. From physical examination revealed no other pathologies and on the skin showed erythematous patches with annular lesion, pustules formation that tended to coalesce to form desquamative plaques, erosions, on chest, abdomen, back, arm, buttock and leg. Based on histopathology showed there are subcorneal pustules. The subcorneal pustule is filled with neutrophils and on the dermis, there are mild infiltration of neutrophil cells. This feature revealed to SPD.Clinically it may be difficult to differentiate SPD from AGEP and GPP. Further, phytosomes been applied to many popular herbal extracts or active molecules for augmenting oral dissolution. Therefore, in present investigation, orally administered Baicalein, atype of flavanoids, is poorly absorbed, and shows suboptimal dissolution. The phytosomes encapsulating baicalein (1:1 Mm) were prepared by reverse phase evaporation method followed by lyophilization. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis revealed that phytosomes were almost spherical in shape with particle size below 100 nm. The Powder ex-ray diffraction (PXRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) demonstrated that Baicalein loaded phytosomes were amorphous in nature. Amorphization of therapeutic moiety leads to improvement in dissolution. In conclusion, epigallocatechin loaded phytosomes exhibited promising results and warrant further in vitro andin vivo investigations under a set of stringent parameters for transforming in to a clinically viable products.","PeriodicalId":14252,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of PharmTech Research","volume":"19 1","pages":"22-29"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86950218","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed at investigating the pharmacological properties of Ficus carica linn. Leaves were collected in two seasons (May and October) and were extracted by Soxhlet extractor with different percentages of methanol-water, ethanol-water and pure water solvents. 100% methanol and 95% ethanol offered the highest yield (about 23%). Those extracts were further extracted/partitioned with nbutanol. May samples showed higher TPC, TFC and AA results than October samples. The ethanolbutanol extract had the highest TPC results (150.7±0.5 mg GA/g extract), while methanol-butanol extract showed the highest results for TFC and AA (350±4.3 mg Rutin/g extract and 368.1±1.9 mg FeSO4/g extract, respectively). Ethanol and methanol extracts were weakly active against E. coli, while the extracts showed good inhibition activity against oral flora, where October samples gave higher activity than May samples. Some components of extracts were analyzed by a newly developed HPLCPDA method. Eight compounds were identified: chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, syringic acid, coumaric acid, rutin and trans-cinnamic acid. Quercetin was identified after acid hydrolysis of extracts in all sample extracts, while ferulic acid was present in water extract only.","PeriodicalId":14252,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of PharmTech Research","volume":"30 1","pages":"329-340"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74436344","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
