Human resource efficiency means the optimal use of people's capabilities, skills, knowledge, and experiences in society or organization. The sustainable development of human resources can be aided by raising productivity levels. The management of human resources systems and performance evaluation techniques may need help in evaluating the performance of employees under the influence of its complexities, which can cause inaccurate evaluation results. As a result, the organization will need help achieving the predetermined goals with proper productivity. Therefore, The present study examines the effect of effort and result-oriented contracts on the productivity of human resources in a 20,000-head state cattle farm in Iran. A comparative approach was used to investigate the effect of effort-based and result-based payments on human resource productivity. It analyzed ten projects in a set, where five were used for effort-based contracts and five similar projects used for results-based contracts. The findings of the study show that result-based contracts have a substantial impact on the productivity of labor in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. The study likewise discussed the implications of its results.","PeriodicalId":14104,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Management and Humanities","volume":"24 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140420466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is essential to create a clear understanding among experts in the field and carry out an in-depth analysis of the causes of delays because the volume and capacity of the Indian construction sector have changed significantly over the past ten years. Construction delays have a considerable influence on residential projects budgets, schedules, and stakeholder satisfaction. Construction delays are a big issue in the residential construction industry since they increase costs, cause time delays, and disrupt quality. It is crucial to pinpoint the primary causes of these delays in order to reduce the effect they have on project performance. This research study attempts to give a thorough understanding of the factors that contribute to construction delays in residences. This study synthesises previous literature and research findings to investigate a number of factors, their interactions, and their influence on project delays. In order to properly manage and reduce construction delays in residential construction projects, the review underlines the relevance of recognising these aspects.","PeriodicalId":14104,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Management and Humanities","volume":"78 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140421241","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Objectives 1 & 2 is achieved through 3 step process – Literature review to identify the related shortcomings (factors) and online/ web search to explore available technology; Survey(s) to assess the real time status on the factors, to identify more practical difficulties and the extent of digital adoption in the workflow; Interviewing seasoned professions to gather data in detail with respect to material. Objective 3 is achieved by comparison and analysis of the findings. Validation of the framework to assess the potential effects – Partial validation is performed as part of this study. Workflow involved in construction material management is optimized via framework. Autodesk Revit, MS Project, and MS Access are the 3 platforms proposed to be part of the framework that suits every phase of the process like Quantity survey and Estimation, Procurement Planning, Inventory, Purchasing and Store Management. Partial framework - MS Project has been validated and the results are – Ability to map the data efficiently; Précised Budget & material requirement identification resulted in an increase of 1% cost in the overall project budget; Easy Cross verification; Easy documentation; Data driven decision making; Multi - dimensional data visibility. The studies in the past have stressed on the benefits of digitalization and the willingness of construction sector in adopting the same. 2019, 2020 and 2021 studies have explored individual digital platform such as MSP, Primavera, and Revit in terms of part functions involved in material management. Whereas there is no study stating the order of workflow between these platforms for complete material management. Also, the studies in the past failed to identify and address the shortcomings related to the digital adoption. Hence, this study proposed a framework that determines the order of the workflow involved in material management between these digital platforms with an aim to optimizing the workflow.","PeriodicalId":14104,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Management and Humanities","volume":"45 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140421929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A high P/E means that an index’s price is high relative to earnings and overvalued. Its low value means that price is low relative to earnings and undervalued. A potential investor prefers an index with low P/E ratio. Therefore, the movement of the P/E ratio plays a crucial role in understanding the behaviour of the stock market. In this paper the modelling of the P/E ratio for the Indian equity market stock index NIFTY 50 using NNAR, MLP and ELM neural networks models and the traditional ARIMA model with Box-Jenkin’s method is carried out. It is found that MLP and NNAR neural networks models performed better than that of ARIMA model.","PeriodicalId":14104,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Management and Humanities","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139591952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there are many people like women, illiterate or poor who don’t use fin-tech due to social barriers or lack of knowledge and ability. When those people started to be involved, financial transactions were a matter of financial inclusion that led to economic growth. With the advancement of technology in finance, financial inclusion increases because one can do financial transactions, saving and paying from anywhere and anytime which leads to economic growth and growing the opportunity for innovation technology. The objective of this study is to find how digital financial inclusion can be executed to achieve sustainable development through the fin-tech adoption of women. This paper identifies the factors influencing the adoption of fin-tech services, finds the relationship between fin-tech adoption and financial inclusion, and finally how sustainable development goals are achieved by adopting fin-tech for women. To prove how financial inclusion can be possible through the fin-tech adoption of women, the UTAUT model along with some new constructs are identified to validate the new model. Smart PLS 4.0 software is used for conducting statistical analysis to validate the model.","PeriodicalId":14104,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Management and Humanities","volume":"9 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139591461","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Their work makes a major contribution to economic progress [1] [6][7][8][9]. Previously they were low-skill and poorly paid. But today we see that the creativity and the talents of all women are an invaluable resource, which can and should be developed both for their own self-realization and for the benefit of society. Women have traditionally played an important role in the small and medium scale enterprise sector. Improving their efficiency and introducing new techniques can therefore yield large returns to women in terms of income and job creation. Women empowerment also helps to reduce poverty in our country by making women economically independent. Women empowerment thus helps in national development. The researcher expects that the findings of the study would shed light on the scenario of women empowerment in the district of Birbhum, West Bengal.","PeriodicalId":14104,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Management and Humanities","volume":" 80","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139138099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
