The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of 3 axes; (The importance of the contents of sexual education and sexual education programs. Knowledge of sexual education programs. Sexual education skills). The questionnaire was applied to (200) parents, teachers and caregivers for people with intellectual disabilities (100 parents - 100 teachers and caregivers). Results; The level of effectiveness of sexual education programs for persons with intellectual disabilities is moderate. And also, the extent to which sexual education programs include the knowledge of sexual education provided to students with intellectual disabilities. And the low percentage of their agreement about the extent to which the sexual education programs contain the skills of sexual education. There are statistically significant differences in the level of effectiveness of sexual education programs according to the gender variable in favor of males. And there are differences according to the variable of the severity of the disability for the benefit of people with mild intellectual disabilities.
