Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah KepalaSekolahdan Waka sarana prasarana dan guru di SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu Selatan. Data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif sesuai dengan komponen dan indikator yang telah dirancang sebelumnya. Secara khusus penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana; (2) Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana; (3) Pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana; (4) Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana; (5) Penghapusan sarana dan prasarana. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru yang berjumlah 65 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Pengambilan sampel secara acak tanpa mempertimbangkan strata yang ada dalam populasi. Pengambilan sampel acak sederhana dipilih dengan alasan populasi yang digunakan homogen, sehingga untuk menentukan sampel populasi menggunakan sampel acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui aplikasi google form karena terkait dengan pandemi virus corona atau pandemi Covid 19. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah diskriptif evaluatif dangan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dilakukan analisis diperoleh hasil kompetensi tenaga administrasi sekolah di SMP se-Kecamatan Kota Manna sudah memenuhi standarisasi yang telah ditetapkan, dengan rata-rata persentase skor kesesuaian pada standar kompetensi 85,88% dengan katagori baik, dimana persentase kompetensi kepribadian dengan rata-rata persentase skor kesesuaian pada standar kompetensi 91,95% dengan katagori baik, sedangkan kompetensi sosial rata-rata persentase kesesuaian yaitu 91,96% dengan katagori sangat baik, pada kompetensi teknis rata-rata persentase kesesuaian yaitu 76,86% dengan katagori cukup, serta pada kompetensi manajerial rata-rata persentase kesesuaian yaitu 82,76% dengan katagori baik. The method used is descriptive quantitative method using simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and jointly between the independent variables, namely teacher attitudes towards the profession and self-development on the professional competence of chemistry teachers.
