Patients were divided on basis of their nutrition risk to study the effect of Indirect calorimetry on the length of stay. \u0000Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study of 166 mechanical ventilated patients in S .L Raheja Hospital. Data was collected from 83 patients who were mechanically ventilated between January 2019 and November 2019 on whom indirect calorimetry was used to measure energy requirements. This cohort was compared to 83 patients between January 2018 and November 2918 where the energy requirements were calculated with the use of predictive equations. Both groups were matched for age, sex, comorbidities, Apache score and use of vasopressors. \u0000Results: Significant difference in the sicker group of patients was seen in the Length of stay in the intensive care unit. ASBU is a well-established risk factor for frequent urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women, and the risk factors that predispose diabetic women to ASBU has to be further evaluated. \u0000Aim: To estimate the prevalence of asymptomatic bacteriuria among women with diabetes mellitus .To verify if there is a correlation between bacteriuria and the duration of diabetes and also the correlation between bacteriuria with the metabolic control of diabetes. \u0000Materials And Methods: Patients who were admitted in Sree Mookambika Institute of Medical Sciences, Kulasekharam from February 2019 to November, 2020 were included in our study. Two hundred women with diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the study. A control group of 75 healthy women were randomly selected without diabetes was also evaluated in the same period. All relevant clinical information, data was collected. Patients were categorised into variables and mean, SD, Levene’s test of homogeneity of variance, linear regression was calculated. \u0000Results: 200 diabetic women were included in our study and 75 healthy women were selected as control. 150 patients were included in the study out of which 95 were males and 55 were females 40% had unstable Angina, 7% had NSTEMI and 53% had STEMI. prevalence of anaemia was 50% of the study population. Anaemia varied according to gender and was more in women 70.9% when compared to men 27.3%. Anaemia was also found to be higher in higher age groups and was more in patients with associated co morbidities such as chronic kidney disease, hypothyroidism and diabetes . Anaemia patients were also found to have more incidence of unstable angina when compared to other forms of ACS. The most common anaemia found was Microcytic hypochromic iron deficiency anaemia 32%. Out of those with iron deficiency, upper GI bleed was the most common cause in our patients. Triple Vessel Disease (TVD) patients were also found to have more incidence of anaemia than those with DVD and SVD. \u0000Conclusion: Urinary tract infection is one of the major disease burden for many patients having diabetes mellitus. Asymptomatic bacteriuria (ASB) is several-fold more common among diabetic women than healthy women. The risk of asymptomatic bacteriuria increases with increasing age. And how to optimize social activities in the environment as an effort to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Body mass index is one of the important risk factors for osteoporosis fractures because the protective effects of subcutaneous fat tissue on bone in elderly women are calculated using FRAX®tool. The WHO in collaboration with the Sheffield's University central of metabolic bone disease has created a calculating device, the WHO risk assessment fracture tool (FRAX®tool). FRAX®tool is an online-based device used to calculate the risk of osteoporosis fractures in major bones, namely proximal humerus, wrist, vertebrae, and femur bone in the next ten years. This research is an analytical study using a cross sectional design, the number of samples is 70 female respondents aged 40–45 years in Kelurahan Melong Asih, Cimahi. The relationship between body mass index and the risk of primary osteoporosis fracture, used the rank spearman correlation test. The results of this study indicate a strong negative correlation between body mass index and the risk value of osteoporosis major, while the relationship between body mass index and risk value for osteoporosis femur fracture was found to be a moderate negative correlation. From the results of the risk of major osteoporosis fracture the lower a person's body mass index, the greater the risk of major primary osteoporosis fracture, whereas the results of the risk of femur fracture are only in obese grade II that is low, while other criteria have the same value, so it cannot be concluded if the lower a person's body mass index, the greater the risk value of the femur fracture. \u0000Keywords : Body Mass Index; Fracture Risk Value; Osteoporosis.

Next is to find out which of the two serological tests is the most effective for early diagnosis of dengue infection in febris patients for 3-5 days. The incidence and death rate due to dengue virus infection is still quite high, especially in several areas in Indonesia. The clinical manifestations of dengue virus infection are very diverse and the outcome of dengue infection (prognosis) is difficult to predict. An efficient and accurate diagnosis of dengue is the most important part of the patient care process. Serological examination is a laboratory diagnostic method that is often used to confirm the presence of dengue virus infection. NS1 and IgA anti-dengue are serologic tests that are often used, especially in the acute phase of the disease. This study aims to determine differences in the sensitivity of NS1 and IgA in patients with dengue infection with a fever of 3–5 days.
